3 Adam Smasher

Few can rival the infamy of Adam Smasher, the notorious mercenary fully committed to a cybernetic existence. His fearsome reputation extends far beyond the borders of Night City, reaching even into international spheres, earning him the recognition as one of the most formidable Solos in the industry.

Once the vigilant guardian of Arasaka, Smasher's previous life was shattered, only to be resurrected through a tempting proposition from his corporate overlords. Since then, he has ruthlessly annihilated anyone, regardless of age or gender, who dares oppose the Arasaka dynasty.

2 Jotaro Shobo

Jotaro Shobo is an NPC encountered during a hunting mission for Regina Jones. Players are tasked with infiltrating a club operated by the Tiger Claws in order to stop a sadistic defiler. This individual takes pleasure in dissecting his victims and selling their brain dances at a low cost.

In his private penthouse atop the club, Jotaro ruthlessly dismembers innocent people, deriving joy from the pain he inflicts. To make matters worse, he records these brutal murders, relishing in the memories and distributing them to his subordinates. It is rumored that Jotaro has been responsible for the deaths of at least seventeen individuals, displaying a complete lack of empathy.
