No, there is no existing Overtake manga. The anime is an original series created by the collaboration of Kadokawa and TROYCA. Ayumi Sekine is the writer for the anime, with previous works including IDOLiSH7 franchise, the Fate franchise, and WATAMOTE. Ei Aoki directed the anime, having experience in the Fate franchise as well as other anime such as Bakemonogatari, Angel Beats!, and Re:CREATORS.

As there is no Overtake manga, it is uncertain if a second season would be produced. However, if the anime achieves success, there is a possibility of employing a Mangaka to illustrate an Overtake manga series. This could potentially lead to a second season.
