Khloé Kardashian, just days after celebrating her 39th birthday, is already contemplating her upcoming 40th milestone. In an Instagram Story video on Saturday, July 1, the reality TV star expressed her disdain for being in her thirties but found humor in a gift she received. Holding up a present with a card that read, "39 + [middle finger emoji]", Khloé shared her appreciation for the humorous gesture and eagerly anticipated entering her forties.
Kardashian, who celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, June 27, was delighted by Brenman's choice of stationery and the various gifts she received. The reality TV star was particularly fond of the rhinestone-encrusted passport holder and matching pens that were included in the package, exclaiming how much she loved them. Additionally, Kardashian was thrilled with the banana hair clips adorned with bedazzled phrases such as "Bunny" (her mother Kris Jenner's nickname for her), "365 Days" to symbolize the time until her next birthday, and her birth year of 1984.

She expressed her love and gratitude to Scott Disick, the ex-partner of her sister Kourtney Kardashian, for the beautiful bouquet in a heartfelt message on her Stories.
As for gifts, Khloé received a abundance of presents from her friends, but her mother chose a more sentimental approach to celebrate her birthday.
"Happy birthday, @khloekardashian! You are my beautiful bunny, the sunshine of my life," wrote Jenner, 67, in a heartfelt Instagram tribute earlier this month. "You are truly amazing - a wonderful daughter, mother, sister, aunt, best friend, and neighbor. You radiate intelligence, strength, talent, inner and outer beauty, kindness, sweetness, thoughtfulness, creativity, humor, and wit."
The reality TV matriarch continued, "You excel as a chef, party planner, and organizer. Everyone wants to be with you as an aunt and mother figure. You bring joy to all our lives. You are the ultimate cheerleader, always uplifting and encouraging. You bring life to every party. I thank God every day for the privilege of being your mother. I love you more than words can express, and I cherish and treasure every moment we share."
Kardashian celebrated her 39th birthday with her two children: True, 5, and Tatum, who is 11 months old. In July 2022, she welcomed her second baby, who was carried by a gestational surrogate. Khloé, during the season 3 premiere of The Kardashians, which premiered on Hulu in May, openly expressed that the surrogate process was extremely challenging for her. She mentioned that it was a strange experience and not an easy one, even though her sister Kim had found it to be easier.
During that pregnancy, I completely ignored the reality of the situation. It wasn't until I went to the hospital that it truly hit me. This feeling had nothing to do with the baby. Overall, my entire experience left me in a state of shock.
Comparing my experience to my sister Kim's, who used a surrogate to welcome her children Chicago and Psalm with her now-ex, Kanye West, I can say that using a surrogate felt impersonal and significantly distinct.
