While space travel and comedic elements were enjoyable, we wanted to maintain a balance and prevent the series from becoming too comedic. By incorporating a flamboyant character who remained threatening, we were able to preserve the sincerity and appeal that makes Fast & Furious so fantastic. In contrast to typical villains who are often sour, bored, and angry, Dante's scenes provided a refreshing break from the Dom Toretto storyline, capturing the audience's attention and curiosity.
