Who Is Marrok, Ahsoka's Mysterious Inquisitor?
After the defeat of the Galactic Empire in Return of the Jedi, only scattered remnants of the regime remain in the show Ahsoka. This has generated intrigue among many as an Inquisitor is set to make an appearance. Although Marrok has been confirmed as a mercenary working under Elsbeth, his connections to the Empire's Jedi hunting organization are highly intriguing. As a result, numerous theories have emerged speculating Marrok's true identity ever since his role in the series was confirmed.
Marrok's true identity after Ahsoka episodes 1 and 2 has sparked various theories. Many believe that the Inquisitor could be Barriss Offee, a former Padawan ally of Ahsoka during the Clone Wars, or even Ezra Bridger himself. While the idea of Ezra being Marrok seems unlikely, Barriss is a strong candidate due to her connection to the Jedi Order and Ahsoka. Another theory suggests that Marrok could be Starkiller, also known as Galen Marek, Vader's secret apprentice from the Legends Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video games. The anticipation for Marrok's identity to be revealed is evident in Ahsoka, as seen in the mysterious Inquisitor's character poster.
