Tae-woo gets a taste of his own medicine

As Yi-jae contemplates taking revenge on Tae-woo, thoughts of Ji-soo stop him from going through with it. Instead, a strong gust of wind causes Tae-woo's parachute to collide with an approaching truck, resulting in the severing of his legs. Yi-jae's actions lead to the exposure of Tae-woo's nefarious deeds to the public.

Yi-jae harnesses the knowledge from his past lives to meticulously plot his revenge against Tae-woo. It all starts with Gyu-cheol, a secret serial killer who meticulously documents his crimes. Yi-jae devises a plan to lure Tae-woo to his home, overpower Gyu-cheol, and eliminate him.

As he is reborn into the life of police officer Ji-hyung, Yi-jae leverages his position to expose Gyu-cheol’s murders and gather the evidence necessary to incriminate Tae-woo. Tae-woo, thinking he is clever, becomes aware of Yi-jae/Ji-hyung’s possession of incriminating evidence and tries to spin the situation to make himself appear as the lone survivor who escaped Gyu-cheol’s clutches.

Unbeknownst to Tae-woo, every move was orchestrated by Yi-jae. Drawing from his previous lives, he knew about Tae-woo's drug concealment in his pen, and covertly replaced them with sleeping pills. Leveraging Ju-hun's insights, he located the crucial hard drive containing incriminating evidence of his boss's involvement in Jin-tae's murder. As a final blow, Yi-jae planted a bomb on Tae-woo's escape plane. Oblivious to the switch, Tae-woo ingests the sleeping pills.

Tae-woo wakes up on the plane as it begins to go down, finding out about Yi-jae's plan and the connection between all the reincarnations. He is given a chance to survive by escaping with a parachute and manages to barely survive the crash, landing on a deserted road.

On the road, Tae-woo discovers that Yi-jae/Ji-hyung was never actually kidnapped; it was all part of a plan orchestrated with the help of the police. With the assistance of Jae-seop, Yi-jae also knows how to use a parachute to escape the plane. Meanwhile, the news reports on the recording of Tae-woo confessing to multiple hit-and-runs and other crimes.

Yi-jae attempts to smother Tae-woo and vows to join him in hell. Death arrives and warns him of the consequences. Ji-soo’s pen falls to the ground, forcing Yi-jae to halt his actions. He releases Tae-woo until he spots his shadow. Tae-woo lunges at him, but fate intervenes and his parachute catches the wind, propelling him into an oncoming truck.

In Death’s Game, Tae-woo survives and is taken to the hospital, but both of his legs are severed. This serves as a fitting punishment as it means he can no longer drive and will also be sent to jail for his crimes.

As a hard fan of Death's Game, I am thrilled to see the unraveling of Tae-woo's dark secrets and the gripping journey of Yi-jae's quest for revenge. The plot twists and revelations keep me on the edge of my seat, and I can't wait to see how the story unfolds in the upcoming episodes. The depth and complexity of the characters, especially Tae-woo's transformation from a seemingly ordinary businessman to a mastermind of evil, add an intriguing layer to the narrative.

Tae-woo's actions are truly despicable, and I find myself rooting for Yi-jae to bring him to justice. The way Yi-jae meticulously plans his revenge, using his knowledge from past lives and exploiting Tae-woo's weaknesses, is both clever and satisfying. The fact that Tae-woo ultimately faces the consequences of his actions, losing his legs and being exposed to the public, provides a sense of poetic justice. Overall, Death's Game has exceeded my expectations, and I eagerly anticipate the next installment of this thrilling tale of revenge and redemption.
