Unlocking the Enigmatic Beauty: A Guide to Accessing All Beatific Palace Doors in Remnant 2

Remnant 2 offers players a vast selection of locations, areas, and regions to discover during their gameplay. One of these intriguing locations is the abandoned Beatific Palace, situated within the desolate world of Losomn. Within the eerie hallways of the palace, menacing Fae creatures lurk, adding an element of danger to the exploration. Notably, the Beatific Palace also houses two important non-playable characters, Nimue and Jester.

As players venture through the Beatific Palace, they will encounter stunning walls adorned with intricate designs, which act as portals to other areas within Losomn. Opening these doors is a crucial step for players to progress further in Remnant 2.

Where to Find Magic Quill Doors in The Beatific Palace

Door 1

To gain access to the closed-off sections of the Beatific Palace, players must obtain the Magic Quill. This enigmatic quest item can be acquired by interacting with The Jester, who can be found in the basement of the abandoned library. Curiously perched on a pile of bones, The Jester puts on an entertaining juggling display as players approach. Upon finishing his energetic performance, The Jester presents the Magic Quill to the player. Once in possession of the Magic Quill, players can then unlock four elusive doors scattered throughout the magnificent Beatific Palace.

The first hidden door can be easily opened as it is conveniently located in the same area as the Jester. Players will come across a half-painted wall near the Jester's spot, which can be unlocked using The Magic Quill. It is important to note that this door always leads to another area or dungeon.

Door 2

The second door can be quite challenging to locate. Players must backtrack to the library in the basement, where they will find a lever for the elevator. Activating the lever will reveal the elevator, allowing players to access the Main Library. While ascending, players should be vigilant for a small opening in the wall. By jumping and entering this hidden area, they can unlock another door that is only partially painted.

Door 3

To gain access to the third door, players must make their way to the Main Library and proceed towards the right side. This door stands out as it is conveniently located on the ground floor of the library. By utilizing their Magic Quill, players can easily unlock it.

Door 4

If players climb up the stairs and make their way to the highest level of the library, they will come across the final secret portal. However, before they can enter this doorway, players might have to navigate across a series of bookshelves and defeat the enemies present on the second floor.

How to Open the Ornate Door in the Palace Courtyard

In addition to the Magic Quill, players can acquire a few other enchanting quest items while exploring the Beatific Palace, namely the Faelin Mural Piece and the Faerin Mural Piece. These distinct items are essential for unlocking the Ornate Door within the Beatific Palace.

The Faelin Mural Piece is located on a stand in one of the initial rooms, right beside the library. Alternatively, players can acquire the Faerin Mural Piece by selecting the correct card from the Jester’s Card Puzzle at the Malefic Palace. Upon returning to the Beatific Palace Library Checkpoint after reaching the Malefic Palace, players will observe that the adjacent door has also been unlocked.

Once players obtain both Mural Pieces, they should make their way to the entrance of the Beatific Palace, where they will find the Giant Ornate Door. Then, they should proceed to insert the Faerin Mural Piece and the Faelin Mural Piece into the designated floor slots. The Faelin Mural Piece should be placed on the light side, while the Faerin Mural Piece should be placed on the dark side. After successfully inserting both pieces, players can then pull the lever to unlock the Ornate Door.
