Unlock the Wonders of Starfield: Unveiling Earth's Treasured Landmarks and How to Experience Them

Explore Starfield's version of Earth and uncover its remaining iconic landmarks, including The Shard in London, The Pyramids in Cairo, and the NASA Launch Tower, all waiting to be discovered by players

In the future, Starfield's main story unfolds several centuries ahead, when Earth has transformed into an uninhabitable wasteland. However, players can still explore Earth in Starfield and stumble upon remnants of past civilizations amidst the vast craters and caves.

Regrettably, locating Earth's landmarks in Starfield is not a simple task of landing on the planet and wandering around. It would be comparable to searching for a needle in several thousand haystacks. Instead, players must discover special cues that unlock new landing sites on their map of Earth. These cues are often connected to books and literary works found in larger settlements within the game.

This guide is a work in progress and will be updated as and when more Earth landmarks are discovered in Starfield.

The Shard (London Landmark)

To access the London Landmark, players must acquire a copy of Oliver Twist, available at Sinclair's Books in Akila City. This will grant them access to the London landing site, where they will witness the remnants of the Shard piercing through a vast expanse of emptiness. Additionally, players can stumble upon the London snow globe resting on a boulder near the foundation of the once-famous tower.

The Pyramids (Cairo Landmark)

NASA Launch Tower (Story Related)

Before players can explore the Cairo Landmark, they must acquire a copy of The Ancient Civilization of Egypt. This book can be purchased at Sinclair's Books in Akila City. Upon obtaining the book, a new activity will be added to the player's mission list, granting them access to the Cairo landing site on Earth. Here, players can discover the remains of two pyramids and locate the Cairo snow globe, which is situated on a slab of rock near the base of the farthest pyramid.

Players will have the opportunity to explore the NASA Launch Tower in Cape Canaveral during the Unearthed main story mission. While its classification as one of Earth's landmarks in Starfield may be subject to debate, players can discover a NASA snow globe on a desk shortly after reaching the upper levels of the facility.
