Three new Mythic items were introduced to Elder Scrolls Online in the Necrom expansion. Similarly, the Velothi Ur-Mage's Mythic bonus provides a handful of powerful buffs in exchange for greatly reducing the damage a player can inflict with basic abilities.

What Does The Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet Mythic Do?
The Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet offers significant buffs at the cost of sacrificing consistent DPS. This Mythic item drastically reduces the damage inflicted by Light and Heavy attacks, essentially making them useful solely for resource regeneration. However, players who equip this amulet will benefit from a boost of 1650 Offensive Penetration, Minor Force, a 10% increase in Critical Damage, and a 15% increase in overall damage against enemies.
The Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet is most likely to be favored in builds that do not heavily rely on basic attacks for their DPS. Despite the substantial reduction in damage, it is still crucial to incorporate Light attacks alongside abilities in order to maintain a sufficient amount of Stamina and Magicka.
Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet Mythic Leads Locations
The process of obtaining Mythic items in ESO involves collecting five Leads from various sources. These Leads are part of the Antiquities system and require players to have a minimum Scrying Rank of 7 in order to solve them. Once a Lead has been Scryed, players are guided to a Dig Site area where they can participate in the Excavation minigame.
Once players have successfully uncovered all the pieces of the Mythic Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet, these pieces will automatically come together in their inventory. While most of the pieces can be found in the Telvanni Peninsula and Apocrypha, there is one piece, the Gold Shalk Clasp, that can only be obtained in The Rift's Scrivener's Halls.
