In Elder Scrolls Online, three new Mythic items have been introduced: the Esoteric Environment Greaves, the Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet, and the Cryptcanon's Vestments. Among these items, the Cryptcanon's Vestments stand out as the most unique, as they offer party-oriented bonuses while sacrificing a major ability for one player.
Obtaining Mythic items in ESO requires a significant time investment from the players, as their five Leads are randomly found in various in-game content. However, players can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the Cryptcanon's Vestments can only be found in the Telvanni Peninsula and do not require them to journey back to mainland Tamriel for the set pieces.
What Does The Cryptcanon's Vestments Mythic Do?
The Cryptcanon's Vestments not only disable a player's ability to use Ultimate abilities in the usual manner but also distribute their Ultimate resources among other members of the group when activated. Additionally, while equipped, it grants the user Minor Heroism during combat.
Although this item has yet to demonstrate its full value in group activities, it is evident that employing it in solo PvE or PvP situations would not be wise. Nevertheless, the distinctive effect of this Mythic item promotes cooperative play at the expense of personal power and may find utility in advanced Trials and other endgame group endeavors.
Cryptcanon's Vestments Mythic Leads Locations
In Elder Scrolls Online, players can acquire Mythic items by utilizing their Antiquities skills to locate and solve five different Leads. These Leads can be found throughout various locations, offering a unique and exciting challenge. One such Mythic item, the Cryptcanon's Vestments, can be assembled primarily within the Telvanni Peninsula. While Leads for Necrom's Mythic items can be discovered in a multitude of locations, it's worth noting that the dig sites these Leads lead to can extend beyond the confines of the expansion's typical area. When players successfully obtain all five Leads, locate the dig sites, and retrieve each individual piece, the Mythic item will automatically form in their inventory. This Mythic item is then available for use across all characters within the player's account.
