Initiated by American soldiers, the latest installment unfolded with a raid on a hideout teeming with terrorists. However, their mission took an unexpected turn when they unearthed the lifeless body of the intended bomber, who had been mercilessly slain beforehand, subsequently hindering his plan to ignite a bomb remotely through his phone. It soon transpired that a clandestine ninja was the mastermind behind this gruesome deed.

The scene transitioned to the main character, Kuro, along with his ninja companions Hiba, Suzuki, and Hachiya, who assembled on the rooftop of their high school. From the adjacent rooftop, they spotted their adversaries, a faction known as the Rear-Enders.

Determined to face them head-on, Kuro and his allies devised a plan, with Kuro specifically targeting the strongest adversary for elimination. He instructed Hachiya to focus their laser on the enemy's arm when he gave the signal. As the battle commenced, Kuro couldn't help but reflect on how they had reached this point.

Following Kuro's uneventful period in his room, the storyline then shifted abruptly from September 9 to July 22. During this time, a representative from the organization, a well-established ninja, paid him a surprise visit and extended a job opportunity. Leaving behind a package, the representative presented Kuro with a school uniform and a hoodie, neatly tucked inside.

From this deduction, Kuro came to the realization that he had to gain access to a prestigious high school. Therefore, with the valuable assistance of his neighbor, he successfully secured enrollment as a student at Kodan High School.

The following day, a foreign visitor arrived at the Nerima City Office, hoping to find information about ninjas. To their disappointment, they discovered that despite the presence of numerous ninjas throughout Japan, their true identities remained unknown.

Subsequently, the episode shed light on a historical context, recounting events during World War II and the postwar era in Japan. It was revealed that the Allied General Headquarters had issued Special Order 1, which required the surrender of Imperial forces, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the associated ninjas.

The importance of controlling Japanese ninja was paramount for the US in maintaining their superpower status. Although many ninja organizations were disbanded, they quickly reemerged. It is rumored that approximately 200,000 ninjas continue to exist in Japan today.
