The premiere of Under Ninja episode 1 is set for Friday, October 6, 2023, at 1:33 am JST. It will first air on TBS and later on BS11 networks. Crunchyroll has obtained the licensing rights for this anime outside of Asia.
This anime is an adaptation of the seinen manga series titled Under Ninja, created by mangaka Kengao Hanazawa. The manga originally made its debut in Kodansha's Young Magazine in July 2018 and has been consistently serialized since then. Currently, the manga has been compiled into 11 volumes in Japanese.
In the first episode of Under Ninja, viewers will meet the main character Kuro Kumogakure and witness the peculiar situations he encounters. Please note that this article includes spoilers for the manga.

However, the first episode will be aired a little earlier at 1:33 am JST, followed by the second episode at 1:28 am JST. Additionally, BS11 will start airing the episodes every Friday from 23:30 pm JST, starting on October 6, 2023.
TV Hokkaido will broadcast the series every Saturday starting on October 13 at 1:53 am JST. TBS Channel 1 will also air the series every Sunday at 1:30 am starting from October 15. Additionally, the series will be made available on U-Next, Amazon Prime, and Hulu over time.
