Unlock Secret Abilities and Exclusive Collectibles with Spider-Man 2 Pre-Order Bonuses

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is set to release in October and fans can already pre-order the game in multiple editions. Those who pre-order will also receive an array of bonus outfits to enhance their gaming experience. Recently, Insomniac Games revealed the first gameplay of the PS5 exclusive Spider-Man 2, featuring a symbiote infected Peter Parker and Miles Morales teaming up to defeat their enemies. The gameplay showcased intense action-packed combat, stealth, and cinematic moments, all of which are sure to delight fans. Insomniac also made an appearance at the Summer Game Fest event, where they revealed concept art, including the highly anticipated character Venom, and shared exciting news about pre-order bonuses and different game editions.

Insomniac's community manager, James Stevenson, recently shared more details about the highly anticipated Spider-Man 2 game on the PlayStation Blog. According to Stevenson, the game will feature impressive PS5 capabilities such as 3D audio and faster web swinging. Additionally, players can begin pre-ordering the game on June 16 and receive exclusive bonuses, including Peter's Arachknight Suit and the Shadow-Spider Suit with three additional color variations. Moreover, players will receive three bonus skill points and early access to the Web Grabber gadget.

Insomniac has announced plans for Deluxe and Collectors versions of Spider-Man 2, in addition to the standard edition. The Digital Deluxe version will include the game, all pre-order bonuses, bonus photo mode items, and an extra 2 skill points for each character to enhance the gameplay experience. Furthermore, players will receive 10 additional suits, 5 for each hero, such as the Tactical Suit, Stone Monkey Suit, Apunkalyptic Suit, 25th Century Suit, Aurantia Suit, Agimat Suit, Red Spectre Suit, Encoded Suit, Biomechanical Suit, and Tokusatsu Suit.

The Collector's Edition goes above and beyond by offering a Steelbook case and an exceptional 19-inch statue featuring Miles and Peter in an intense battle against Venom. This edition includes all of the aforementioned items and is the ultimate addition for any dedicated fan.

The Digital Deluxe edition is priced at $79.99, while the Collector's Edition costs $229.99 and is only available for a limited time, as per Insomniac. However, it's important to note that the Collector's Edition doesn't come with a physical disc, but rather a voucher for the digital version. Also, it's worth mentioning that Spider-Man 2 will be released on October 20th, exclusively for PlayStation 5.
