Pop Goes the Weasel (The Clown): Following the act of hooking a Survivor, sabotaging a generator will eliminate 30% of its current progress for a span of 45 seconds.
Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance (The Artist): By acquiring this perk, the Killer begins the trial with four tokens. Every time a distinct Survivor is hooked on a white Scourge Hook, one token will be expended and the generator with the highest advancement will be detonated. Consequently, this results in a reduction of 25% progress on that generator.
The Xenomorph: Best Non-Teachable Build (2023)

Alien Instinct, one of their perks, grants The Xenomorph the ability to locate injured Survivors from afar. Moreover, Sloppy Butcher assists in disrupting any healing attempts. Additionally, the use of Jolt can impede generator progress until the endgame when Hex: No One Escapes Death is activated.
Alien Instinct (The Xenomorph): When a Survivor is hooked, the Killer gains the ability to see the aura of the most distant injured Survivor for five seconds. This action also inflicts the Oblivious status effect on them for a duration of 20 seconds.

The Mangled effect slows down their healing process by 25%, while the Hemorrhage effect causes their healing progress to regress if left unfinished. Additionally, Survivors will also leave larger pools of blood.
