In Pokemon Sleep, one fascinating aspect is that Pokemon assist players in their research endeavors. Every creature begins their day by collecting items and feeding the Sleeping Snorlax to increase their Drowsy Power to the maximum level.
However, similar to any workforce, Helper Pokemon become disinterested in their tasks if certain conditions are not met. Uncontent Pokemon will cease their collection of Berries and Ingredients. To avoid encountering this predicament, players of Pokemon Sleep must discover innovative methods to revitalize and ensure the happiness of their Pokemon. This guide will provide an explanation of how Pokemon Happiness functions and offer suggestions for its improvement.
Pokemon Happiness Level Explained
In Pokemon Sleep, the stamina bar known as Helper Happiness indicates the level of energy a Pokemon possesses. Unlike Friendship Points, which are affected by the type of Biscuits a Pokemon consumes, Happiness Level is determined by the amount of sleep the Pokemon receives. The happiness of a Pokemon is visually represented by emojis, ranging from a smiling face to a sad one. When the Happiness Level is high, it indicates that the Pokemon's energy is at its maximum, enabling it to collect Berries and Ingredients throughout the day.
How to Make Pokemon Happy
In order to infuse Pokemon with vitality and ensure their happiness, players have several options: they can either take a rest, use items that replenish energy, or enlist a Helper Pokemon with the ability to provide Energizing Cheer.
Boosting the morale of Pokemon has the same effect as energizing them. Any activity carried out within the game that enhances the stamina of Helpers will ultimately uplift their mood, resulting in a change of their emoji to a smiling one.
Get at Least 8 Hours of Sleep Per Day
The Helper Team becomes revitalized when monitoring sleep patterns. Pokemon immediately rest when the player falls asleep, boosting their energy for the following day's tasks. It's a simple and effective method to keep them content by allowing them to nap for a few hours each day.
If players happen to miss a night of sleep, they can compensate by manually inputting their sleep data later on to earn additional sleep and energy points. To do so, they need to navigate to the Main Menu and select "Add Sleep Data" with a tap.
Have Pokemon with Energizing Cheer in the Team
Various natures and skills exist among the Pokemon Sleep creatures. Among them, some have the ability to passively energize the Helper Team. The Energizing Cheer is an example of such a skill, where it restores 14 energy points to a random team member. By including Pokemon like Ekans, Bellsprout, Geodude, or Cubone in the team, which have the ability to restore energy, players can ensure that other team members stay happy and are able to work for longer durations.
Utilize Recovery Incenses
For 400 Sleep Points, players can exchange them at the Regular Exchange Shop for a Recovery Incense. By activating this item, the Energy recovered by Helpers during sleep research is doubled, thereby speeding up their regeneration of happiness.
Blow the Helper Whistle
By using the Helper Whistle, the Pokemon team can acquire a three-hour supply of food and ingredients instantly. Even though it requires 800 Sleep Points, the Helper Whistle is perfect for replenishing Energy and boosting the happiness of Pokemon without the need for actual sleep.
How to Check Pokemon Happiness Level
To gauge a Pokemon's happiness, players can simply tap on the avatar of the creature. Additionally, they have the option to assess their Helpers' Energy Level by visiting either the Pokemon Box or the Edit Team section.
Pokemon Sleep is currently accessible on both Android and iOS platforms.
