Now that players have the ability to create unique and stylish Avatars with personalized clothing, Street Fighter 6’s World Tour and Battle Hub have become a diverse collection of fascinating characters. However, the question remains: which accessories are crucial in crafting the ultimate Avatar?
In a game of intense fighting like this, a player's avatar possesses the power to strike fear into the hearts of their adversaries. Everyone desires for their character to exude the same level of coolness as the legendary Street Fighter brawlers. There is no need to worry, as a multitude of options are at your disposal. These are the essential pieces of equipment that every Street Fighter 6 player must possess in order to unlock their Avatar’s full potential.
10 Square Glasses
The Square Glasses are a rare item discovered in Bayside Park, granting the Aware Trait. This trait becomes active upon depletion of the Drive Gauge, providing a momentary increase in damage for the player.
Though the glasses may not provide substantial stat enhancements, they serve as an excellent accessory for the early stages of the game. Players can either wear them or equip their effects to make up for the slower Drive regeneration until they level up.
9 Oversized Shirt B
The Oversized Shirt B is one of the top gear choices for beginners, with an added +30 defense. It's a commonly dropped item by downtown enemies and its damage-reducing Trait is essential in the early chapters of the World Tour mode.
For a similar effect, players can acquire the Casual Dress Shirt B by defeating low-level enemies. However, this casual version provides a slightly lower defense boost of +27 compared to the oversized shirt.
8 Gold Chain Necklace
In Chapter 5 of the World Tour, players engage in combat with Retsu, an elderly monk who rewards them with a valuable golden chain when he is defeated. This precious Gold Chain Necklace possesses the unique attribute of "Throws 1," enhancing the wearer's grapple strength by an impressive +15.
While superior options may become available as the game progresses, the Gold Chain Necklace proves to be a valuable asset in defeating formidable non-playable characters at higher levels through the effective use of grappling and establishing throw loops.
7 Thigh-High Socks (Bordered)
The Thigh-High Socks, although commonly dropped by Merchants, are actually rare accessories with a practical Trait. These socks are unique as they have the Focus 1 effect, which speeds up the refill of the Drive Gauge. This attribute allows Avatars to execute Special Moves more easily.
One downside to note is that the socks do not pair well with most outfits. However, players have the option to conceal them on their Avatars and transfer their beneficial effect to other pieces of equipment.
6 Combat Gloves
The Combat Gloves not only have a sleek appearance but also boast two advantageous Traits: Peak Performance and High Voltage. The former grants players a damage boost on all attacks, while the latter enables them to swiftly replenish the Super Art bar.
These gloves prove to be an exceptional selection for completing side-quests that entail defeating enemies with Super Arts. Additionally, players can derive benefits from them during the majority of boss fights in the World Tour mode.
5 Full Face Helmet
The Full Face Helmet not only conceals the Avatar's identity but also provides a boost to both attack and defense for players. Additionally, this helmet possesses the Peak Performance Trait, enhancing the power of all strikes when the Vitality gauge reaches +70%.
To acquire this particular equipment, players must exchange 10,000 Zenny with Merchant Mello, who can be located within the caves of Mount Vashal in Nayshall.
4 Officer’s Watch
The Officer's Watch in Street Fighter 6 is an Ultra-type accessory that offers a high-risk, high-reward experience. Wearing this watch grants players either a buff or debuff for the entirety of the match, based on their initial strike.
To benefit from the Officer's Watch, players must successfully land the first attack of the match, which subsequently enhances their subsequent attacks. Alternatively, if the opponent manages to strike first, they will receive the buff instead. For players who possess quick reflexes, the potential payoff can outweigh the risks involved.
3 Fighter’s Hoody
The Fighter's Hoody is a high-tier garment that provides a substantial boost to the wearer's defense. Equipping this item increases the player's block points by an impressive +104, resulting in reduced damage taken and enhanced resistance against formidable attacks.
What sets the Fighter's Hoody apart is its unique attribute called Peak Performance. When a player's Vitality reaches 70% or higher, they unleash extra damage on their opponents. This added benefit adds further value to the already formidable Fighter's Hoody.
A good idea would be to pair the Fighter’s Hoody with the Ultra Fighter's Sweatpants for an added +106 defense.
2 Blanka-Chan Costume
Blanka-Chan’s costume may appear comical, but it undeniably stands out as a top-tier accessory in Street Fighter 6. Not only does this attire increase the power of punches, kicks, and special attacks, it simultaneously enhances the Avatar’s defense by an impressive +110.
1 Initiate’s Chain
The High Voltage Trait of the Blanka-Chan Costume enhances the refill rate of the wearer’s Super Art gauge, providing an accelerated boost. Upon encountering Blanka in the Hard Reboot quest, players can obtain the sought-after Blanka-Chan Costume.
The Initiate's Chain, the mightiest accessory in Street Fighter 6, enhances an Avatar's punch, kick, throw, and unique attack power. This versatile item packs a punch, granting players an additional 20 points of damage for their primary strikes and throws.
In order to obtain the Initiate's Chain in Street Fighter 6, players must first unlock India in the World Tour mode. Once India is unlocked, they will need to visit Dhalsimer Temple and pay 4,200 Zenny to Merchant Hawker. Street Fighter 6 is currently available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
