Despite Eula's banner expiring in Genshin Impact some time ago, new world records keep emerging. Currently, an astonishing six million points of Physical damage has been achieved, making Eula the unrivaled damage dealer in a specific category within Genshin Impact. What's truly remarkable is how effortlessly she can inflict such enormous amounts of damage.
To effectively utilize Eula and maximize her damage output, players need to utilize specific elemental reactions and support characters that can shred enemy resistance. While achieving the world record may be unlikely for most players, they can still consistently deal significant damage with Eula. In order to achieve these impressive numbers, here are some ideal team compositions for Eula.
This list will be regularly updated to include the latest team compositions for Eula in Genshin Impact, as the game continues to evolve and new characters are introduced. Updated on July 14, 2023, by Nahda Nabiilah.
17 Eula - Beidou - Bennett - Diona
How To Use It
This team operates in a manner akin to conventional Superconduct Eula teams, consisting of an Electro DPS support, buffers, and healers. Notably, this team employs two healers. The rationale for including Diona instead of Zhongli is to take advantage of Cryo Resonance. The gameplay for this team is also uncomplicated.
Activate Diona's Elemental Skill (hold variant).
Lay down Bennett's Elemental Burst.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Beidou can act as a backup DPS if Eula's Burst isn't ready yet.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
16 Eula - Raiden Shogun - Rosaria (C6) - Zhongli
Yet another Superconduct team, this one is slightly pricier but well worth the investment. The main reason being Raiden Shogun, who guarantees that Eula's Elemental Burst is readily available after the cooldown period. Albeit the absence of healers, Zhongli ensures the survival of all team members. Additionally, with Rosaria at C6, her Elemental Burst becomes even more impactful as it reduces the opponent's Physical resistance by a substantial 20 percent.
How To Use It
Activate Zhongli's Elemental Skill (hold variant).
Use Raiden Shogun's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
If enemies are still present and Eula's Burst is unavailable, employ Zhongli's Elemental Burst.
In the event that enemies persist and Eula's Burst remains on cooldown, utilize Raiden Shogun's Elemental Burst and engage in attacks.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
15 Eula - Raiden Shogun - Yun Jin (C6) - Zhongli
For those seeking a diverse array of abilities without any restorative effects, there is a perfect solution. At C6, Yun Jin possesses an Elemental Burst capable of enhancing the speed of Normal Attacks. Thanks to this enhancement, Eula can effortlessly insert additional attacks and amplify the potency of her Elemental Burst before its detonation.
How To Use It
Activate Zhongli's Elemental Skill (hold variant).
With the tap variant, use Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Yun Jin's C6 Burst
To maximize the effectiveness of the Lightfall Sword, it is crucial to interrupt Eula's fifth attack animation to create opportunities for additional attacks. Additionally, it is recommended to swiftly execute four consecutive attacks as the first four have quicker animations.
In situations where enemies remain, but Eula's Burst ability is unavailable, utilize Zhongli's Elemental Burst instead.
Now, if there are still enemies and Eula's Burst is still on cooldown,
use Raiden Shogun's Elemental Burst
& attack with her.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's and Yun Jin's Elemental Bursts are ready.
Now, in order to increase Eula's attack speed and enhance her Burst even further, players will require the presence of a C2 Jean. With C2 Jean, players can benefit from an attack speed boost every time she captures an energy particle. Although Zhongli's shield may need to be sacrificed, Jean's healing abilities compensate for this, making the overall situation favorable.
How To Use It
Activate Raiden Shogun's Elemental Skill.
Use Jean's Elemental Skill. Make sure she catches the particles before switching to activate her C2 buff.
Use Yun Jin's Elemental Burst.
With the tap variant, use Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Jean's C2 and Yun Jin's C6 buffs increase the number of attacks possible before the Lightfall Sword explodes. Therefore, it is important to cancel Eula's fifth attack animation. Instead, perform four more attacks quickly, as her first four attacks have a faster animation.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's & Yun Jin's Elemental Bursts are ready.
13 Eula - Diona - Raiden Shogun - Kujou Sara
Eula's abilities face a major drawback in terms of their high cost for the Elemental Burst. Players often find themselves in a waiting game for it to accumulate sufficient energy. The inclusion of Raiden Shogun in the team proves incredibly beneficial in tackling this issue. Not only does she assist in filling up Eula's energy gauge, but she also serves as a secondary DPS when Eula's tenacious Elemental Burst takes too much time to recharge. Meanwhile, Kujou Sara further enhances the energy generation and synergizes effectively with Raiden Shogun, who assumes the role of a damage dealer.
How To Use It
Use Diona's Elemental Skill (hold variant) to procure a shield.
Use Raiden Shogun's Elemental Skill.
Activate Kujou Sara's Elemental Burst.
Eula's Elemental Skill (tap variant) should be used next.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
If Eula's Burst isn't available yet, switch to Raiden Shogun and use her Elemental Burst.
Keep attacking with Raiden Shogun until Eula's Burst is available.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
12 Eula - Raiden Shogun - Albedo - Fischl
For a more straightforward approach (though less effective in the Spiral Abyss), this Eula team composition may be preferred. It also involves Raiden Shogun, who serves the same purpose as Albedo and Fischl, providing additional automatic attacks for Eula. Ideally, only Eula would need to utilize her Elemental Burst. Although the lack of healing is noticeable, it can be easily overcome by using the NRE. Besides, Eula is a resilient fighter regardless.
How To Use It
Place Albedo's Elemental Skill near enemies
.
Use Raiden Shogun's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Skill (tap variant).
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack four times with Eula, then utilize her Elemental Skill (hold version) followed by another four attacks to accumulate her Burst damage stacks.
In case the enemies are still surviving and Eula's Burst is not yet ready, employ Albedo's Elemental Burst.
Use Fischl's Elemental Burst next (if applicable).
Activate Raiden Shogun's Elemental Burst and keep attacking.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
11 Eula - Diona - Fischl - Zhongli
Optimizing Eula's damage output can initially seem complicated, but it ultimately centers around one crucial aspect: inflicting substantial Physical damage. This can be achieved by either significantly enhancing Eula's capabilities or weakening the enemy's defenses. This is precisely where the Superconduct (Cryo + Electro) elemental reaction becomes invaluable. It effectively decreases the enemy's resistance to Physical attacks.
Use Zhongli's Elemental Skill (hold variant) to procure a Jade Shield.
Use Fischl's Elemental Skill.
Eula's Elemental Skill (tap variant) should be used next.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then trigger her Elemental Skill (hold version) before attacking four more times to stack up her Burst damage. Utilize Diona's abilities to create energy particles, swiftly swap back to Eula to absorb the particles.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
10 Eula - Diona - Albedo - Zhongli
For certain players, repeatedly applying Superconduct to enemies can feel monotonous. Considering Fischl's lengthy cooldowns, some teams opt for the trade-off of swapping out Prinzessin in favor of Kriedeprinz, Albedo. With his inclusion, Albedo brings forth an enticing Geo resonance in conjunction with Zhongli.
Use Zhongli's Elemental Skill
(hold variant) to procure a Jade Shield.
Place Albedo's Elemental Skill near Zhongli's stele.
Use Eula's Elemental Skill (tap variant).
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Use Diona's abilities to generate energy particles, then switch back to Eula immediately, so she catches the particles.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
9 Eula - Rosaria - Bennett - Xinyan (C4)
How To Use It
Use Xinyan's Elemental Skill for the shield.
Use Bennett's Elemental Burst.
Place Rosaria's Elemental Burst within Bennett's Burst Circle. Using this will help with the CRIT Rate.
Use Eula's Elemental Skill (tap variant).
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Use Rosaria's abilities to generate energy particles
, then switch back to Eula immediately, so she catches the particles.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
Seeking the optimal team setup for maximizing damage output with Eula? Look no further than this lineup. Mona's Elemental Burst offers a tremendous damage boost. Additionally, Bennett and Xinyan provide Pyro resonance, valuable buffs, and Physical resistance reduction, all of which contribute to the immense damage potential.
Now, all that remains is for Eula to annihilate any remaining foes. The only drawback is the absence of a Cryo battery for Eula, necessitating the compensation of Energy Recharge to ensure her continuous energy supply.
How To Use It
Start off with Mona's Elemental Burst.
Use Bennett's Elemental Burst.
Use Xinyan's Elemental Skill
.
With the tap variant, use Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Eula faces a significant weakness when it comes to managing her energy, particularly due to the high cost of her Burst. To address this concern, a possible solution is to assemble a team comprising three Cryo characters, two of whom are dedicated to providing Eula with ample energy support. Additionally, Fischl contributes to bolstering Eula's energy reservoir in her unique manner.
Diona fills in many roles here, including shielder, healer, and Cryo battery. If players give her a 4-piece Noblesse Oblige, then she can also act as a buffer.
How To Use It
Use Fischl's Elemental Skill.
Use Rosaria's Elemental Burst.
Using the tap variant, employ Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack Eula four times and follow up with her Elemental Skill (hold variant). Repeat this cycle of attacking four times and using her Elemental Skill to build up her Burst damage stacks. Utilize the abilities of Rosaria, Diona, or Fischl to generate energy particles, then swiftly switch back to Eula to collect and benefit from these particles.
Having a party of three Cryo maidens may seem excessive, so it is worth considering the allure of dual resonance. By replacing Rosaria with Beidou on the previous team, the entire party's playstyle can undergo a drastic transformation. Beidou assumes the role of both Fischl's support for Superconduct reactions and Eula's secondary DPS.
How To Use It
Use Fischl's Elemental Skill.
Using the tap variant, employ Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack with Eula four times, then use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking again four times to build up her Burst damage stacks.
Switch to
Beidou for backup DPS
and use her Elemental Skill (hold variant) to deal with stragglers.
5 Eula - Rosaria - Lisa - Jean (C2)
Also known as the Ara Ara Team, this composition is similar to the Xinyan team, with the exception that players will require a C2 Jean. By having Jean at this level, she will enhance the party's attack speed, benefiting Eula's Burst with more stacks and resulting in increased damage. Lisa possesses the ability to weaken enemy defense, making her valuable as both a buffer/debuffer and a Superconduct outlet. Fischl, however, cannot fulfill both of these roles.
Moreover, players have the option to equip Lisa with the Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, further amplifying Eula's damage. Give this powerful group a try and experience the strength of these formidable women. If players prefer, they can replace either Jean or Lisa with Raiden Shogun, while still retaining the ara ara essence.
How To Use It
Use Jean's Elemental Skill. Make sure she catches the particles before switching to activate her C2 buff.
Use Rosaria's Elemental Burst.
Use Lisa's Elemental Burst.
With the tap variant, use Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Additionally, cancelling Eula's fifth attack animation will provide an opportunity for more attacks before the Lightfall Sword detonates. It is crucial to execute four consecutive attacks as her initial four attacks have a quicker animation. Leveraging Rosaria's abilities to generate energy particles and promptly switching back to Eula will allow her to harness the accumulated particles.
Repeat step 1 once Eula's Elemental Burst is ready.
4 Eula - Layla - Shenhe - Kazuha
Eula is renowned for her powerful Physical attacks, but players can also leverage her Cryo Element by including Shenhe in their team composition. Shenhe is a Cryo Support character who adds a fixed amount of damage to any Cryo attack, regardless of its original strength. This makes her a valuable addition to a Mono-Cryo team that focuses on maximizing Shenhe's damage output.
Although Kazuha is not a Cryo character, he can still apply Cryo status with his Elemental Burst and Plunge attacks, which will receive a boost from Shenhe's ability. Additionally, having Kazuha on the team allows players to benefit from his impressive buffs and debuffs, which further enhance the Cryo damage that is crucial for this team's success.
Of course, this team can benefit from a stronger main DPS option such as Ayaka or Chongyun; however, Eula remains a viable choice. The Spindrift Knight remains focused on inflicting Physical damage, particularly with her Elemental Burst. This damage can be further enhanced by Shenhe's Burst, which decreases the enemy's Physical and Cryo resistance, as well as Shenhe's Tap Skill, which increases Skill and Burst damage. Additionally, Eula's own Grimheart mechanic aids in reducing the enemy's Physical and Cryo resistance.
How To Use It
Start with Layla’s Elemental Burst and Skill.
Switch to Shenhe and apply her Burst and tap Skill.
Quickly start the rotation again if Eula’s Burst is on cooldown.
3 Eula - Mika (C6) - Fischl (C6) - Yun Jin (C6)
Eula's damage potential in Genshin Impact can be significantly enhanced by assembling a powerful C6 army of 4-star units. Including Mika and Yun Jin in the same team composition with Eula can greatly optimize her Elemental Burst damage output. This is achieved by substantially boosting Eula's ATK SPD, resulting in more effective stacking of her Lightfall Sword ability. Leveraging Eula's increased ATK SPD, players can further optimize their team by adding Fischl, who, thanks to her final Constellation, possesses a unique ability to seamlessly follow the active character's Normal attacks with an Electro hit from Oz. This ability allows for consistent damage output without any downtime.
How To Use It
In addition to Fischl, players can also opt for other Electro characters. For example, Raiden Shogun can provide a more effective synergy when dealing with short Ultimate durations or when facing difficulty in replenishing the support character's Energy at the beginning of the next rotation.
Start with Mika and cast his Burst and Skill.
Use Yun Jin's Burst.
Put Oz out with Fischl’s Skill or Burst.
Unleash Eula’s Elemental Burst and follow it with as many Normal attacks as possible.
This alternate team, featuring the Geo archon and the ara ara team, decides to utilize Zhongli's more reliable debuff and Jade Shield instead of relying on Lisa's buffs and debuffs. The overall mechanics of this build remain similar to the previous one, but it offers a more straightforward approach.
How To Use It
Using the hold variant, employ Zhongli's Elemental Skill.
Use Jean's Elemental Skill. Make sure she catches the particles before switching to activate her C2 buff.
Use Rosaria's Elemental Burst.
Using the tap variant, employ Eula's Elemental Skill.
Use Eula's Elemental Burst.
Attack Eula four times, then unleash her Elemental Skill (hold variant) before attacking another four times to accumulate her Burst damage stacks. Just like before, Jean's C2 buff enables more attacks before the Lightfall Sword detonates, so interrupt Eula's fifth attack animation and resume attacking four more times. Utilize Rosaria's abilities to produce energy particles, then swiftly switch back to Eula to collect them.
The Hyperbloom teams have gained significant popularity and proven to be highly efficient in Genshin Impact. Key constituents of a Hyperbloom team in Genshin Impact encompass the Elements of Dendro, Hydro, and Electro. Nahida, Xingqiu, and Kuki stand out as reliable choices for supporting their respective Elements.
Since Eula possesses a Cryo vision, she may not align perfectly with the conventional concept of a Hyperbloom team. However, this is precisely what makes her exceptional. Eula's limited Cryo damage, combined with the fact that Cryo does not interact with Dendro, provides players the opportunity to incorporate the Hyperbloom strategy while simultaneously benefiting from the Superconduct effect.
How To Use It
Start with Nahida and mark all enemies with her hold Skill.
Switch to Xingqiu and cast his Burst and both of his Skills.
To complete the Hyperbloom rotation, utilize Kuki's Skill.
Once all preparations are done, bring out Eula and utilize her Skill, Burst, and Normal attacks to blend everything together and establish a productive Hyperbloom factory.
Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
