In Blasphemous 2, players start by choosing a starter weapon that suits their playstyle. While this decision is somewhat important, as it will be the weapon they use for a significant period of time, players shouldn't dwell on it too much. This is because all three weapons in Blasphemous 2 can be found throughout the game's world map and can be easily switched during combat. Each weapon has its own skill tree called "Weapon Memories," which players can unlock gradually by collecting and using Marks of Martyrdom. With the help of this useful guide, Blasphemous 2 players can locate and obtain all three weapons (Veredicto, Sarmiento & Centella, and Ruego Al Alba).
Where to Find Veredicto in Blasphemous 2
Where to Find Sarmiento & Centella in Blasphemous 2
Veredicto, an incredibly powerful but slower weapon, delivers a devastating blow that has the potential to stun enemies, granting players the opportunity to unleash special attacks. Players will need to navigate their way to the far west corner of Sacred Entombments in order to find this formidable mace. To reach this location, simply head northwest of the City of the Blessed Name and make your way through the Aqueduct of the Costales. The precise whereabouts of Veredicto can be seen in the image provided above.
Sarmiento & Centella daggers stand out as the swiftest weapon among the three options. They possess an exceptional skill known as Sacred Thrust, which enables a seamless sliding thrust. Moreover, these daggers offer a defensive maneuver through their effective parrying technique. To acquire these remarkable weapons, proceed towards the Grilles and Ruin area located east of the City of the Blessed Name, ultimately reaching the Palace of the Embroideries.
Where to Find Ruego Al Alba in Blasphemous 2
Last but not least, there is the blade in Blasphemous 2 known as Ruego Al Alba, which is considered the most well-balanced weapon in the game. It not only allows players to parry but also possesses a powerful downward thrust attack capable of destroying locked doors located in specific areas of the map.
To obtain this weapon, venture to the Crown of Towers, situated northeast of the Choir of Thorns. In order to reach this location, head east from the main city and navigate through the Grilles and Ruins, opting to ascend rather than descend.
To unlock levels 2 and 3 of the skill tree for each weapon, players must locate specific statues that are scattered throughout the world map. These statues, totaling six in number, correspond to two statues for each weapon. It is important to note that certain weapon upgrade statues can only be reached by employing specific Blasphemous abilities. As a result, it may be necessary to defeat one or two bosses before acquiring all of them.
Blasphemous 2 is accessible on PC, Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
