The "Lose You to Love Me" singer brought her little sister Gracie to Swift's Eras Tour in March. The pair showed their support by dressing in their favorite Swiftie eras. Gomez went as Folklore, while Gracie, who received a hat from the "All Too Well" artist at the show, rocked a purple Speak Now dress and ponytail.
"Thank you to my best friend for welcoming me and my sister into your magical, euphoric, and unique world. I'm proud to call you my friend! I love you now and forever," wrote the Only Murders in the Building actress on Instagram, sharing photos from the memorable night.
Months later, Gomez released her first new song in two years, titled "Single Soon." Swift, on the other hand, took to social media to commend the new record.
“When [your] bestie is the bestest,” the Midnights singer wrote via her Instagram Story in August. “Will be dancing to this forever methinks.”

Gomez opened up about her relationship with Swift while reflecting on her Hollywood experience, telling Rolling Stone, "I never quite fit in with the popular crowd of celebrity girls. "There's always been this sisterhood quality, and I don't say that lightly," Swift shared with WSJ. Magazine about her close friend. "Since the day I met her, I knew I would always support her. I have the ability to forgive those who have hurt me in my life. But I'm not sure I could forgive someone who hurts her."
Gomez commended the Amsterdam star for supporting her through personal challenges and praised their close friendship. "There's a lot about my friendship with Taylor that people aren't aware of because we don't feel the need to share everything we do," she explained.
