Players will be able to find the Peni Parker Spider-Bot on the side of a glass building in the northeastern part of Downtown Brooklyn.

Located near the church in the northeastern area of Prospect Park, you will discover the Downtown Brooklyn Mysterium. This enthralling quest, dubbed Fear of Heights, challenges players to forcefully remove 15 enemies from rooftops. Successfully accomplishing this task within a time limit of 90 seconds will grant players a substantial reward of 900 XP along with four valuable Hero Tokens.

Players can also locate the Grand Finale Mysterium on their visit to Coney Island, but only after completing the remaining nine. However, it is not necessary to do so in order to attain 100% district completion for Downtown Brooklyn in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. The same applies to the final of Marko's Memories, which emerges on the district's western shore once players have discovered the first 13 crystals.
