Travis Kelce, known for his showmanship, humbly acknowledges that he can't outshine his girlfriend Taylor Swift on stage.

In preparation for his upcoming Kelce Jam in Kansas City, Kansas, the 34-year-old Kelce shared that he received some valuable advice on hosting live events from Swift, who is also 34.

He shared with The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday, April 2 that he learned not to try to be like Taylor. He mentioned that she is on a completely different level. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end couldn't help but rave about Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour.

Kelce explained that she is the best at what she does for a reason. She is articulate and very focused on everything she does, which is what makes her so exceptional.

The athlete, who has been to Swift's shows in KC, Australia, and Singapore, pointed out that the Grammy winner is in a league of her own.

Kelce continued by saying that he would be silly to try to take anything from what Taylor Swift does, other than simply enjoying the people who attend her shows. He mentioned that one thing he could learn from her is how well she connects with her audience during performances.

He also commented on the impressiveness of Swift's nearly four-hour concert, which is set to resume in May in Paris.

Kelce hosted the first Kelce Jam in Kansas City last year, attracting 20,000 concert attendees. The event featured performances by Rick Ross and Machine Gun Kelly, with Kelce even joining Kelly on stage for a song.

This year, Kelce Jam will return to the city on May 18. Kelce hinted at the potential for another surprise performance, this time with new headliners such as Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz.

"I'm not sure about performing," he said in an interview. "I'll leave that to the pros, but I'll be up there with the mic, having fun and getting the crowd pumped up for the next act."

Kelce admitted, "I just can't resist. Once I have a mic in my hand, anything can happen."

Although Kelce has learned a lot from Swift about how to command the stage, he will be performing solo at Kelce Jam. Swift will be in Stockholm, Sweden on the same day, rocking out as part of her Eras Tour in Europe.

The couple, who started dating in the summer of 2023, are currently making the most of their time together before they have to separate due to their busy schedules.

According to a source who spoke exclusively to We in March, after Swift finished her shows in the U.S., South America, Mexico, Australia, and Asia, the couple is focused on relaxing and recuperating at home. They are enjoying low-key and chill time together, having movie nights in her home theater, catching up on films and shows they missed. They are looking forward to spending quality time together and with their friends and family.

During Swift's break, she was seen spending time with Kelce in Los Angeles and The Bahamas. Recently, the two flew to Pennsylvania to celebrate Easter with Travis' brother, Jason Kelce, and his wife, Kylie Kelce.

Photos obtained by the Daily Mail showed Swift and Travis arriving at Jason and Kylie's home in Philadelphia in their Cadillac Escalade on Saturday, March 30. The couple then flew back to Los Angeles on Monday, April 1.
