Travis Kelce and his family are facing challenges in dealing with their newfound fame due to his relationship with Taylor Swift. In a recent profile published in WSJ. Magazine on November 20, the 34-year-old Kelce openly discussed his romantic involvement with the 33-year-old Swift. He reflected on the beginnings of their highly publicized love story and shared how he has been adapting to the increased attention. Kelce humorously mentioned the constant advice from those around him, urging him not to make any mistakes, while assuring them that he understands the importance of the situation.

Kelce admitted that his main priority was to avoid saying anything that could potentially alienate Taylor. Even his mother, Donna Kelce, has gained knowledge about getting caught up in the excitement of the media. Donna, a 71-year-old, made an appearance on the Today show in October after engaging in conversations with Swift during two Kansas City Chiefs matches involving her son. She attempted to remain nonchalant during the interview, stating that her attention was solely on the game.

"Expressing her desire to spend time with her children, Donna mentioned Travis and Jason Kelce, the center player for the Philadelphia Eagles. When asked about her experience with Swift in the suite, Donna simply remarked that it was 'OK.'"

As per the WSJ. Magazine profile, Donna was not entirely happy with how her "underwhelmed" comments were portrayed on the morning show, but her son provided her with a heartening pep talk. The article reveals that Travis, not wanting his mother to feel down, promptly called her to assure her that she did an excellent job, even complimenting her green eyeglasses.

Without trying to overstep, Donna indicated her approval to WSJ. She stated, "I can tell you this. He's happier than I've seen him in a long time. God bless him, he aimed high!"

Ever since their initial connection in September, almost three months after he attended The Eras Tour in Kansas City, Travis has revealed snippets about his bond with Swift on their "New Heights" podcast with Jason and during different press conferences. Recently, when questioned about being "in love" with Swift, he playfully avoided giving a straight answer.

"I intend to keep my personal relationship private," he told reporters prior to the Chiefs' triumph over the Miami Dolphins in Germany. (Swift, however, did not accompany the team for the international game; instead, she opted for a night out in New York City with Patrick Mahomes' wife, Brittany Mahomes.)

Both Travis and Jason, aged 36, are accustomed to the attention of the NFL spotlight, but Swift's level of fame has provided them with a new perspective. "It's certainly a different experience for me. I've never been involved with someone who carries such an extraordinary presence... I've never encountered anything like it," Travis expressed to WSJ. Magazine. "Nevertheless, I'm not shying away from any of it."

He added, "She constantly faces intense scrutiny and is under constant observation by paparazzi. They follow her everywhere she goes - outside her house, every restaurant she visits, and even after every flight she takes. Despite all of this, she continues to live her life and enjoy it. I hope that I can act normally in her presence without seeming strange."

Donna, on the other hand, shared some interesting encounters she has had with fans since her son started dating Swift. "In general, everyone has been very kind and respectful," she stated exclusively to We earlier this month. "However, occasionally I would have someone follow me into the bathroom and ask for a picture. I would kindly request that we wait until we leave the restroom before taking any pictures. It's moments like these that are quite funny, but I believe anyone in the public eye experiences similar situations. You have to take the good with the bad. That's just the way it is."
