Travis Barker surprised the expectant Kourtney Kardashian with a lavish display of flowers, following the customary Kardashians' style. On Tuesday, October 17, Kardashian, 44, shared a video on Instagram showcasing the stunning red roses. The video captured her walking throughout their home, revealing the beautiful flowers and candles adorning the upstairs and the staircase lined with roses that led downstairs. The romantic gesture continued with additional bouquets, petals, and black candles. As the background music, Kardashian chose “First Day of My Life” by Bright Eyes.

Currently, Barker, who is 47 years old, is touring with his band Blink-182. Their next destination is Las Vegas on Saturday, October 21. The Hard Rock Tour began in May at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is planned to end in April 2024 in Mexico. Blink-182 has a planned break in November, coinciding with Kardashian's expected due date.

Last month, Barker had to abruptly depart from the tour due to Kardashian's "urgent fetal surgery" aimed at rescuing their baby boy's life.

"I am forever thankful to my spouse, who swiftly left the tour and came by my side in the hospital, providing support during and after the procedure," she expressed on Instagram during that period.

An insider revealed to We on September 8th that the reality star is feeling a sense of relief now that the daunting medical decision is behind them. The source noted that Travis has resumed his tour as Kourtney's condition has significantly improved, and both individuals are grateful that this challenging period has come to an end.

Kardashian elaborated on the ultrasound that saved their baby in an interview with Vogue, published on Tuesday. She expressed how this experience revealed an unfamiliar side of pregnancy to her, stating that insurance usually only provides coverage for two ultrasounds during pregnancy.

Expressing her surprise, Kardashian said, "I wasn't aware. In the past, I've been fortunate enough to have more ultrasounds than what insurance covers, and it was one of those ultrasounds that ultimately saved my baby's life." She also described the experience as incredibly frightening.

Throughout the months, she has proudly flaunted her expanding baby bump in photoshoots, representing her brands Lemme and Poosh, as well as her fashion collection BooHoo.
