Moakler expressed her excitement for her ex-husband, Travis Barker, and Kourtney Kardashian as they prepare to welcome a new addition to their family.

At Barker's Blink-182 concert on Friday, Kardashian surprised everyone by raising a sign that stated, "Travis, I'm pregnant." This gesture, a tribute to the band's iconic "All the Small Things" music video that debuted exactly 14 years ago, immediately caught Barker and his fellow band members' attention.

"Travis, we have some exciting news!" Mark Hoppus exclaimed during the show as he spotted the sign. "We are thrilled to announce that someone's reproductive system is still functioning! Let's give a round of applause to Travis... he's going to be a parent!"

Moakler hinted on Saturday that she had known about Kardashian's pregnancy for several weeks, emphasizing that it was not recent news to her.

Although the impending arrival will be the first child for Barker and Kardashian as a couple, they both already have three children each from their previous relationships. Kardashian shares two sons, Mason (13) and Reign (8), as well as a daughter named Penelope (10) with her ex Scott Disick. Barker, on the other hand, co-parents a son named Landon (19) and a daughter named Alabama (17) with Moakler. Additionally, he plays a paternal role in Moakler's daughter Atiana's life, who is 24 years old and is from her previous relationship with Oscar de la Hoya.

Moakler and her former spouse, who were once the stars of "Meet the Barkers," have long dealt with tension following their divorce. Moakler went as far as accusing her ex of replicating their early romance, complete with heavy public displays of affection, with Kardashian. The situation reached a boiling point when Moakler claimed that Kardashian's bond with her stepchildren, whom the reality TV star married Barker in May 2022, was negatively impacting her relationship with her own children, Landon and Alabama. However, by early last year, the exes managed to turn a corner in their relationship.

"We are currently co-parenting really well," Moakler exclusively shared with We in April 2022. "We are getting along... I am happy about that. At one point, [his relationship with Kourtney] did affect my relationship with my kids, but now my kids and I are in an amazing place."

"We share a strong bond and have a wonderful connection. As a devoted mother, I have actively engaged in parenting for the past twenty years. Both my children and I are in a positive and healthy state of mind."

In response to Moakler's remarks about Kardashian favoring certain children over others, the founder of Poosh emphasizes her desire to avoid any unnecessary conflicts or controversies.

According to a source in April, it is unfortunate that Shanna struggles to show support for the love she has for her children. The source mentions that these children are not only Travis' but also Kourtney's as their stepmother. Kourtney strongly believes in loving these kids with the same intensity as she loves her own.
