He took to Instagram on Thursday, April 18, to wish his "beautiful wife, soulmate, and forever best friend" a happy birthday. The post included a carousel of photos featuring the couple and their son, Rocky, born in November 2023.

He expressed his love and gratitude, saying, "I love you and our life together. Thank you for being an amazing wife. Here's to more adventures in the future." In return, Kardashian responded with affection, writing, "You are the husband of my dreams. I adore our life together!"

Some fans were not impressed with the last photo in Barker's birthday post. The photo showed Kardashian squatting on the toilet in a black dress and full glam, which some followers felt was unnecessary.

One follower commented, "What is the last picture? It was going so well. Oh my," and the comment received over 4,500 likes at the time of publication.

In January 2021, it was revealed that Barker and Kardashian had transitioned from friends to a couple, dating for a few months before officially confirming their relationship on Instagram the next month.

Following a whirlwind romance, Barker proposed to Kardashian on the beach at the Rosewood Miramar in Santa Barbara, California. The romantic proposal was captured on season 1 of Hulu's The Kardashians.

The couple got married in a courthouse ceremony in Santa Barbara in May 2022, as confirmed by Us at the time. They also had a grand three-day celebration in Portofino, Italy in the same month, surrounded by close family and friends.

Barker and Kardashian's wedding was a special moment when their families came together. They have a son named Rocky together, and Kardashian is also a mother to sons Mason (14) and Reign (9), as well as daughter Penelope (12), from her previous relationship with Scott Disick.

Barker has two children, Landon who is 20 years old, and Alabama who is 18 years old, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He is also a stepfather to Atiana De La Hoya, who is 25 years old, from Moakler's previous relationship with Oscar De La Hoya.
