West Ham have agreed a deal with Ajax for midfielder Mohammed Kudus.
The deal is worth around £38m (€44.5m) including add-ons.
West Ham will initially pay €41.5m (£35.59m) with an additional €3m (£2.57m) in performance-based add-ons.
Kudus secured a hat-trick for Ajax in the first leg of the Europa League play-off against Bulgarian team Ludogorets on Thursday, leading the Dutch side to a 4-1 victory. It is anticipated to be his final match for the club.

It is understood West Ham technical director Tim Steidten is currently in Bulgaria with Kudus.
Kudus is set to arrive in London on Saturday for his medical examination, signaling the start of his journey with the team. The terms of a five-year contract, including the provision for an additional 12 months, have been mutually agreed upon.
