Tori Spelling is known for being open about her personal life, especially when it comes to her "lady parts."

During a recent episode of her podcast "Misspelling," the 50-year-old actress shared that she has had five C-sections. Despite this, her OB-GYN has praised her for having the lady parts of a 14-year-old, which she takes pride in because it's still intact. Spelling clarified that she didn't plan on having five C-sections.

The actress has five kids - Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7 - with her estranged husband Dean McDermott.

The actress made a comment about the status of her reproductive organs while talking about her storage units from last week's episode. (Her friend paid to open two out of her four storage units so she could access her belongings.)

"We couldn't locate the wardrobe, but all the storage units are intact," she mentioned. "On a positive note, I stumbled upon a large collection of Spanx. I am thrilled to say that I have shed the baby weight after having five children. Beau is now 7 years old, and I no longer require Spanx. Apologies, Spanx, I appreciate your support over the years, but it's time to move on."

Tori Spelling shared a funny story about her experience with wearing Spanx. She revealed that she used to wear four pairs of Spanx at the same time. This caused a funny situation where her friend and former costar Jennie Garth had to assist her in using the bathroom.

In a recent podcast episode, Spelling shared that she initially tried using Ozempic to shed her baby weight but found that it was not effective for her. She then switched to Mounjaro, another diabetes medication known for its weight loss effects.

Spelling revealed that she found success with Mounjaro, as it helped her lose weight. However, she eventually decided to stop taking it in January because she was satisfied with the results and did not want to lose too much weight. She mentioned feeling happy with her body at the moment.

"I stopped taking it when I reached my goal weight because I didn't want to lose any more," she said. She described the whole process as "easy and effective."

"You receive a box with four injections. You take one each week for a month and administer it yourself. It's similar to using an EpiPen," she said, adding with a laugh, "even I can handle it."

Editor's P/S:

Tori Spelling's candid sharing of her personal experiences sheds light on the often-taboo topic of female anatomy and body image after childbirth. Her acknowledgment of her intact lady parts and her struggles with baby weight after five C-sections is both relatable and empowering. By openly discussing her journey, Spelling normalizes the experiences of many women who face similar challenges. It is refreshing to see a celebrity using their platform to promote self-acceptance and challenge the unrealistic beauty standards often perpetuated in the media.

Spelling's positive body image is further highlighted by her decision to stop taking Mounjaro once she reached her desired weight. Her emphasis on being satisfied with her body rather than striving for excessive thinness is a commendable message that encourages women to embrace their bodies at any stage of life. Her journey serves as a reminder that health and happiness come in all shapes and sizes, and that true beauty lies in accepting and loving oneself as you are.
