Tori Spelling is already thinking about her future marriage plans, despite still going through the process of finalizing her divorce from Dean McDermott.

In the second episode of her "misSPELLING" podcast, Spelling was asked if she sees herself getting married again, following her recent divorce filing from McDermott, who is 57 years old.

I really enjoy planning weddings. Did you know that J. Lo has been married four times? Yes, she has. Jennifer Lopez is currently married to Ben Affleck. Before that, she was married to Ojani Noa in the late 90s, Cris Judd in the early 2000s, and Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2011. They got divorced in 2014, and she shares twins with Marc Anthony.

And you know who else had multiple marriages? Elizabeth Taylor. She was married eight times! Isn't that interesting?

Spelling expressed her discomfort with being alone, mentioning how she has not had privacy even when using the bathroom. She shared that her 7-year-old son still accompanies her and talks to her while she is in the bathroom. This lack of solitude has been a constant in her life, first with her husband and now with her children. Spelling questioned whether this dependency on others is considered codependent, and suggested redefining the concept.

Spelling and McDermott tied the knot in 2006 after starting a relationship while working on a Lifetime movie. Prior to McDermott, Spelling was previously married to Charlie Shanian in 2004, but their marriage only lasted 15 months. McDermott, on the other hand, was married to Mary Jo Eustace for 13 years before getting together with Spelling. Together, they have five children: Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7.

The news of Spelling filing for divorce came on March 29, following McDermott's announcement of their separation on social media in June 2023. During a podcast on Monday, Spelling discussed their final argument and how their daughter Stella came across the separation statement on Instagram.

"He's threatened divorce so many times. I've never threatened that, even when I really wanted to. I wouldn't say something I don't mean. I thought it was just another fight," Spelling shared, recalling the argument where she threw a baked potato from Wendy's on the floor.

Later on, McDermott admitted that he was dealing with substance abuse during that time and decided to seek treatment for it.
