Kaguya, the most powerful character in the entire Naruto series, is undeniably the franchise’s strongest female. With the ability to survive any injury, she is essentially immortal. The only way to defeat her was with the Six Paths Chibaku Tensei, which the Sage of Six Paths and his brother used to seal her.

As a goddess, Kaguya possessed unparalleled powers that far surpassed even those of Ten Tails jinchuriki Madara with a complete Rinnegan. With her Rinne Sharingan’s Amenominaka, Kaguya could instantly rewrite reality, replacing the space around her and trapping any foe in a different dimension.

Kaguya had the ability to create space-time rifts, allowing her to teleport herself and her powerful attacks, such as the devastating All-Killing Ash Bones that could turn any target to ash with a single strike. Her most formidable technique, the Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball, was capable of reducing the entire world to nothingness.

Demonstrating her incredible speed and strength, Kaguya effortlessly evaded Sasuke’s Six Paths Chidori, even after he teleported himself. In addition, she easily demolished Sasuke’s Six Paths-amped Perfect Susanoo using just her chakra fists.

Final Thoughts

Only the whole Team 7, with each member at their strongest, could defeat Kaguya. Even with Six Paths-powered Naruto and Sasuke, Kaguya still had the upper hand until Kakashi used Obito's chakra and eye powers to change the course of the battle.

While Tenten, Hanabi Hyuga, Yugao Uzuki, Tayuya, Ino Yamanaka, Samui, and Karui did not make the cut for the top 20 strongest Naruto female characters, it's important to give them an honorable mention for their skills as kunoichi.

Rin Nohara, the childhood comrade of Kakashi and Obito, deserves special mention. As a young medical ninja, she was forced to become the jinchuriki of the Three-Tails Isobu. Despite this, Rin possessed such chakra and willpower that she was able to suppress the Tailed Beast and prevent it from causing destruction in the Hidden Leaf. Although Rin never utilized Isobu's powers, she had the potential to do so if she had chosen. As the jinchuriki of the Three-Tails, she could have held a high ranking, but without more information, it is impossible to gauge her true power. As a result, she was not included in the list.
