Tia Mowry has reentered the dating scene and is giving us a glimpse into her ups and downs in love following her breakup with Cory Hardrict. Sharing an Instagram video on Wednesday, August 2, the 45-year-old star can be seen having a conversation with her reflection in the mirror as she gets ready for a night out.

After finalizing her divorce from Hardrict in April, Mowry reflects on her complex feelings towards entering the dating scene. "Fun Fact: I've never once experienced the dating scene in my entire life. So when I say that I'm nervous and terrified about this whole dating thing, I truly mean it. Despite being in my 40s, I feel incredibly inexperienced," she confesses.

In conclusion, she reassures herself and others who may be hesitant about new experiences, saying, "Instead of giving up and avoiding potential awkwardness and pain, I trust in God's guidance. So if you're feeling apprehensive about venturing into unfamiliar territory, know that you have the capability to handle it, and we are in this journey together!"

After her 15-year marriage to Hardrict ended, Mowry made the decision to dive back into the dating scene. The couple had tied the knot in 2008 after being together for eight years. Over the years, they welcomed their son Cree in 2011 and daughter Cairo in 2018.

In October 2022, Mowry confirmed that she and Hardrict had chosen to go their separate ways.

In an Instagram post, Tia Mowry opened up about her recent decision to end her relationship with Cory. However, she reassured everyone that she and Cory will maintain a friendship as they continue to co-parent their children. Tia expressed gratitude for the happy moments they shared and extended her thanks to her friends, family, and fans for their love and support as they embark on a new chapter in their lives.

The actress has recently emphasized her commitment to coparenting with Hardrict. One month later, she expressed, "I communicate with [Cory] on a daily basis. We express our love for each other every single day. He is family and will always remain family, an integral part of our lives forever."

In April, it was confirmed by Us that Mowry and Hardrict had finalized their divorce after being married for over ten years. Court documents reveal that the former couple established clear guidelines regarding the introduction of their children to potential future partners.

“Unless agreed otherwise, neither party is allowed to introduce the minor children to a new romantic partner until they have been in an exclusive relationship for a minimum of six months,” stated the June documents. “Furthermore, during the initial six months of the exclusive relationship, neither party can allow their new romantic partner to spend the night when the minor children are with them as the custodial parent.”
