The Unstoppable Force: Revealing the Sole Character Capable of Overpowering Madara at His Pinnacle!

Despite the conclusion of the Naruto anime, fans continue to engage in constant comparisons of the characters' strengths. Typically, these comparisons revolve around the renowned figures in the series, including Madara, Hashirama, Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi, Minato, and so forth.

Nevertheless, upon closer examination, it becomes evident that these characters all hail from the Hidden Leaf Village. Yet, there is an exceptional and often overlooked legendary character from the Hidden Rock Village - none other than Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage.

And as portrayed by the series, he was feared by Madara at his peak.

Naruto: Why did Madara Uchiha fear Onoki?

Madara Uchiha held a deep sense of fear towards Onoki, recognizing his extensive experience and exceptional skills as a Shinobi. This fear became apparent when Madara encountered Onoki during the Fourth Shinobi World War, where he openly admitted that he viewed the Third Tsuchikage as the sole threat among the five Kages.

Those familiar with the series would know Onoki as the Third Tsuchikage of the Hidden Rock Village. While this might lead one to assume that the village's leaders enjoyed lengthy reigns, the reality contrasts greatly, with both the First Tsuchikage and the Second Tsuchikage Mu having relatively shorter periods as village heads.

Onoki assumed the role of Tsuchikage when he was in his twenties, thereby becoming the longest-serving Tsuchikage in the history of the village. He accumulated over five decades of valuable experience during his tenure. His reign commenced prior to the onset of the Third Shinobi World War and concluded right before Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.

Nevertheless, he had also experienced the events of all Four Shinobi World Wars, as evidenced by his encounter with Madara Uchiha alongside Mu prior to the commencement of the First Shinobi World War.

Madarda's intimidation forced them to comply with the demands of the Hidden Leaf Village, resulting in a conflict between Madara, Mu, and Onoki. As a result, Onoki emerged as the last surviving Kage who had faced Madara in battle while he was still alive.

Despite experiencing three wars in which his country suffered setbacks, Onoki never wavered. Initially, he planned to betray the other four major nations during the Fourth Shinobi World War. However, his objectives changed during the course of the war, and he instead aimed to protect everyone. This shift is apparent in his actions, such as saving numerous Shinobi by intercepting meteors summoned by Madara after his resurrection.

Furthermore, he possesses the singular Kekkei Touta, known as the Dust Release, the only one of its kind. The Dust Release combines the Chakra styles of Earth, Fire, and Wind, and is exclusive to Onoki and Mu. Additionally, Onoki is capable of utilizing Lightning and Yang Chakra releases, and can even combine Earth and Fire releases to unleash Lava Release.

Given Onoki's expertise and skills, he appeared to be the sole non-Hidden Leaf Village shinobi capable of besting Madara in combat. Nonetheless, it is still conceivable that Madara could emerge victorious. Nevertheless, he may find himself in a comparable predicament as when he narrowly avoided defeat against Might Guy.
