Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, now considered Hollywood royalty as a couple, started off as just friends on a double date with other people. The couple attended the A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To Cure Parkinson's event in NYC, which aimed to support The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
