This build focuses on utilizing either the Vulcan or Flamethrower turrets as powerful weapons, allowing players to freely choose any Long Gun and Hand Gun of their preference. Adding mods such as Firestorm or Nano Swarm, which inflict lasting damage effects, complements the heavy weapons by constantly harming enemies even when they are not actively in use.
The core of this build revolves around the selection of accessories. By equipping the Restriction Cord, the player's maximum HP is reduced to 50%. This not only provides the benefit of always having two stacks of Bulwark active, but also grants a 15% damage reduction from the Rusted Heirloom and Hardened Coil accessories. Additionally, when the player gets hit, they receive further damage reduction through the Hardcore Metal Band and Indignant Fetish accessories.
Players can regain health by investing Trait Points into Siphoner, which can be obtained by completing the event at the randomly-spawning Dormant N'Erudian Facility dungeon on N'Erud. When maxed, Siphoner grants 3% Lifesteal, and its effectiveness can be further enhanced by combining it with Regrowth's passive healing and Triage's bonus to all healing received. To unlock Regrowth and Triage, players need to reach the max level with the Summoner and Medic Archetypes. In critical moments, players can rely on the Unsullied Heart, which can be activated in just half a second.
When paired with the Challenger Archetype, the Leto Mark II armor set proves to be highly effective. The Fortify Trait further strengthens its already impressive armor point total, while Strongback reduces the weight of the armor set, allowing players to roll and dodge instead of clumsily falling down. Players can freely mix and match different armor pieces to achieve their preferred weight encumbrance limit.
To enhance gameplay, simply hold down the Vulcan/Flamethrower to equip them in both hands. Press the skill button once more to activate the High Tech Prime Perk, granting unlimited heavy weapons ammo and improved mobility. Position yourself in the midst of a group or directly in front of a boss and continuously hold down the trigger. With sufficient defenses and lifesteal, players can withstand most confrontations even without evasive maneuvers.
