Infiltrate Arasaka Industrial Park
Players will need to infiltrate the Arasaka Industrial Park in order to obtain this prototype weapon. This can be accomplished by covertly entering the facility during Takemura's "Gimme Danger" mission. It is important to note that the acquisition of the Shingen is not dependent on the mission and can be accomplished either before or after its completion. Moreover, outside of the mission, there are no hostile adversaries patrolling the industrial park, thus considerably facilitating the break-in process.
This area is located to the northeast of the stadium in the Arroyo part of the Santo Domingo district. There is a fast-travel dataterm nearby once it has been discovered.
Special Delivery
To access the park, make your way through one of the entrances on the right side. You'll only have to contend with the security cameras scattered throughout the area. If you disable or avoid them successfully, there will be no adversaries to confront. On the right side of the enclosure, you'll find a handful of security buildings. Choose the one nearest to the front of the industrial park. Inside, locate a functioning computer on the first floor that can be interacted with.

The container is situated in the loading bays at the front of the main building, separate from it. Container 667 is positioned to the left of container 666. Prior to entering, ensure that the mine inside the container is disarmed. Beyond the mine, the Shingen can be found on the left side.
