There are a total of 45 potential bounties available in Red Dead Redemption. However, players only need to complete 20 bounty hunt missions in order to achieve 100% completion in RDR1. To achieve 100% completion, players must undertake a total of 20 bounty hunts. However, these hunts are not your typical missions, as each one is assigned to a unique and random location within the region where the mission was initially triggered in Red Dead Redemption 1. In order to reach the coveted 100% completion status, players must successfully complete a bounty in all twenty of these diverse and isolated locations.
All New Austin Bounty Locations
There are a total of eight potential locations where bounties can be found within the boundaries of New Austin. Once a bounty is picked up from either Armadillo, MacFarlane's Ranch, or Rathskeller Fork, it will be assigned to one of these locations randomly. Subsequently, the bounty must be turned in either at the Armadillo Jail or the foreman's office located at MacFarlane's Ranch.
