Cult of the Lamb appeals to fans of survivalist, building, and gathering games, particularly those with a penchant for horror and dark humor. This quirky game offers a unique mix that is hard to find elsewhere, making it popular enough to potentially start a trend.
As players progress in their journey as the Lamb, they will come across various follower skins that can be obtained through vendors. These skins are available for purchase at the Stone Kiosk in each location or can be found as drops in dungeons. Additionally, some skins can be acquired through downloadable content or by linking to other applications.
Updated on September 4th, 2023, by Kristy Ambrose: The Cult of the Lamb has managed to create a fervent and dedicated following. Regular updates in the form of DLC content and special features during holidays have sustained the game's appeal, satisfying existing followers and attracting new recruits to join the fold. Notably, a range of amusing, adorable, and occasionally terrifying follower skins have been introduced to keep life within the compound engaging. For those who desire a complete collection and may have missed out on in-game events or Discord giveaways, there's good news. The most elusive skins are often exclusively accessible through social media and gaming platforms.

The Blood Moon Festival
During the limited-time event held from October 24th to November 10th, 2023, three exclusive follower forms were introduced. The Blood Moon Festival captivated devoted members of the Cult, and there remains a possibility that this remarkable event could make a comeback, offering another opportunity to acquire these elusive follower skins.
Cursed Crow, although visually identical to an ordinary crow, received a more dramatic appellation in alignment with the festive occasion.
Vampiric Demon. Not the same as the Massive Monster follower skin. Complete with horns and several eyes.
Skeletal Wendigo. A boney follower with a decrepid cow skull.
Twitch
Follower | Description |
Frankerz | It looks like a Beagle, and either way another variant on the Dog follower is nice for the Loyalty-generation buff. |
PogChamp | Another Frog form, this one looks like it's trying to be isometric and is the only one that's not completely two-dimensional. |
Pink Lynx | Resembles the Cat but is more streamlined in the face with a heart marking on its forehead. |
Purple Rat | Looks more like a mouse with curled hair and round ears. |
Ralpherz | Another Dog form, but of one color and no markings, so more like a Labrador. |
Previously, these forms were exclusively accessible to players with Twitch integration. However, with the addition of Relics of the Old Faith to the game, some of them can now be obtained from Chemach. Twitch integration enables others to interact in a manner that goes beyond the traditional standalone gameplay experience. It should be noted that Twitch integration and streaming are distinct concepts that are not mutually exclusive.
Darkwood
The monsters that the Lamb defeats and subjugates at the end of every Crusade are known as follower forms with proper names. These forms initially carry the title "Witness," which is later discarded once the Lamb indoctrinates the follower into their cult. Subsequently, the player is given the choice to change the name to any desired alternative.
