AEW Fight Forever does not explicitly define the top wrestlers in the game, unlike the WWE 2K series which uses a rating system. Instead, it allows players to choose their favorite wrestlers based on their playing style, moves, and personal preferences, rather than being limited to popular choices like John Cena, Hulk Hogan, or Roman Reigns for every match, whether it's local or online.
In AEW Fight Forever, there is a more balanced playing field, although there is still a hidden rating system that determines which wrestlers are better suited for different styles of matches. Understanding the statistics and skills of AEW wrestlers may not be immediately clear, but this guide will explain how to find their stats and what they signify.

Stat Skills in AEW Fight Forever
The Stat Skills in this section are graded on a scale of 100. They reflect the strengths of an AEW wrestler's momentum, signature moves, and finishers. Additionally, it shows the number of finishers and signature slots stored in their moveset. Each section has a maximum of five green bars. For instance, if the Momentum slot has five bars, the wrestler will have a higher ability to regain the advantage in a match.
Action Skills in AEW Fight Forever
In the ring, the action skills section greatly influences a wrestler's repertoire of moves and attacks. For instance, high-flying wrestlers possess skills such as Springboard Offense, Tope Offense, and Kip Up. Technical wrestlers, on the other hand, showcase abilities like Sprint Technician, Quick Mount, and Bail Out. Additionally, there are rulebreaking maneuvers like the Unsportsmanlike and the Desperation Impulse, which may lead to a low-blow attack.
Passive Skills in AEW Fight Forever
Passive Skills enhance a wrestler's behavior and in-ring performance, granting them performance boosts during matches. Wrestlers who excel in grappling and submissions may possess skills such as Chain Wrestling, Submission Toughness, and Submission Specialist. An example of this is Paul Wight, also known as The Big Show or The Giant, who possesses the Unyielding Poise skill, making it difficult to slam and control him in the ring.
AEW Fight Forever is now accessible on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
