Madara Uchiha, a formidable shinobi in the series, strived to establish a world without conflict using the Infinite Tsukuyomi genjutsu. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, he faced off against Naruto and Sasuke, only to be deceived and assimilated into Kaguya by Zetsu.
Speculation arises regarding the potential revival of Madara in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex if he were to be freed from Kaguya's grasp. Such a comeback would present a captivating twist, as his immense power continues to exert influence long after his initial demise.
2) Zetsu

Zetsu, a mysterious being brought into existence by Kaguya Otsutsuki, holds great significance throughout the series as he manipulates events spanning centuries, all to resurrect Kaguya. In the concluding moments of the story, Naruto and Sasuke succeed in sealing away both Kaguya and Zetsu.
Nevertheless, there exist potential scenarios in which Zetsu could potentially reemerge in Boruto Two Blue Vortex. One likelihood is the survival of some of his spores, leading to the emergence of a new Zetsu entity. Another possibility is if Kaguya were to somehow be released from her confinement, Zetsu's return might coincide with hers.
If Zetsu, a sinister and cunning antagonist from the Naruto series, were to resurface in Boruto, his intricate understanding and strategic prowess within the intricate realm of shinobi could potentially become an alarming menace to the entire world.
3) Kaguya Otsutsuki
Kaguya Otsutsuki, depicted in the anime (Image via Studio Pierrot), is a key antagonist in the series, playing a unique role as the mother of chakra and the progenitor of both the Uchiha and Hyuga clans. Initially sealed away by her sons, Hagoromo and Hamura, she is eventually revived through the actions of Zetsu, leading to another confrontation with Naruto and Sasuke.
They manage to successfully seal her once more. However, if the seal were accidentally broken in Boruto's narrative, there is a chance of her comeback. If that were to happen, she might potentially align herself with humanity because of her inherent benevolence. Nonetheless, it is important to acknowledge that her tactics for safeguarding individuals and the planet were considerably merciless.
4) Hidan

In the series, Hidan was a member of the Akatsuki who idolized the god Jashin and had the ability to live forever. Shikamaru Nara managed to defeat Hidan and bury him in a deep underground location.
However, in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, there exists the possibility of Hidan resurfacing if his body is unearthed and brought back to life using forbidden techniques such as Edo Tensei, or if he manages to escape and regenerate. His return would pose a significant threat to the shinobi world due to his exceptional ninja skills, immortality, and unwavering devotion to Jashin, making him a formidable enemy.

Through his extraordinary powers, he commanded six distinct bodies, each possessing unique abilities.
