Warning: This article contains major spoilers for The Flash movie.
The upcoming DCEU film, The Flash, is set to take the DC multiverse to an entirely new level, according to director Andy Muschietti. The movie will be Ezra Miller's biggest cinematic adventure yet, as he portrays Barry Allen, aka the Scarlet Speedster. Not only that, but the film will also delve into the larger DC multiverse as Barry attempts to save his mother from being murdered in the past. However, his actions have dire consequences, resulting in the creation of a whole new reality. This reality sets the stage for the return of Michael Keaton's Batman, who hasn't played the role since 1992.
But Keaton isn't the only iconic actor making an appearance in the movie. In fact, the film's director recently let slip a major spoiler about the film's roster. In an interview with Esquire Middle East, Muschetti revealed that none other than Nicholas Cage will be making a cameo in The Flash movie as Superman.
Nic was truly amazing in his cameo role. He fully immersed himself in the character and brought it to life. Working with him was a dream come true and I would love to collaborate with him again in the near future. He has a deep passion for Superman and is a true comic book enthusiast.
