Gen V introduces a cameo by a supe with the unique ability of being exceptionally well-endowed. However, this character's endowment surpasses the imagination, with genitalia comparable in size to a boa constrictor and possessing similar behavior.

The Boys shared on their X account that the supe with an exceptionally large penis would make a comeback in Gen V. However, they did not disclose the extent of the supe's appearance. Along with the announcement, they posted a picture of the genitalia peering out of a closed space, giving the impression of having a mind of its own.

In the relevant episode of The Boys season 2 titled "The Bloody Doors Off," this supe was briefly seen at Sage Grove, where the main characters encountered a group dedicated to exterminating supes. In a comical moment, Mother's Milk found himself being choked by this supe while the team was trying to evade them. As they struggled to free him from the supe's grip, they all realized that Mother's Milk was being strangled by the supe's private part, but they pretended as if it never happened.

This reveal is both hilarious and off-putting, but it suggests that Gen V in season 3 of The Boys may focus more on the secretive institutions that Vought uses to control these Supes and prevent them from causing chaos in the world. This subplot was not explored in season 3, possibly intentionally saved for Gen V to highlight Vought's corruption as a superhero company. It may also imply that college students are not only rejected from Goldokin University due to their superpowers, but also to assess if they would be valuable assets for the company or if their abilities pose too much danger to be seen as heroes by the public.

While it may be disturbing, this element aligns perfectly with The Boys' overall tone, incorporating explicit content to be provocative while maintaining realism. When a company creates superheroes, it is likely that Compound V would have an effect on their physical attributes, including their genitals. The show does not shy away from addressing realistic issues faced by superheroes, such as Tek Knight's brain tumor leading to sexually aggressive behavior.
