In the previous episode of The 100 Girlfriends series, Rentaro Aijo and Kusuri worked hard to reverse the effects of the "Kissing Zombies" and return them to normal. However, they faced difficulty as the zombified girls demonstrated superhuman strength in their attempts to kiss their lover.

Kusuri's medicine, Hakari, Karane, Shizuka, and Nano were transformed into Kissing Zombies. In the episode, Aijo and Kusuri hurried back to the Chemistry Lab to create four antidotes for them.

But it wasn't that simple, as the girls had gained superhuman strength after becoming zombies. On their way to the Lab, the duo even had a showdown with the Vice Principal. However, Kusuri accidentally spilled one of her "face-melting" potions on him, enabling their escape.

Interestingly, the medication had no effect on the Vice Principal due to the heavy foundation covering her face. While dashing through the hallway, Aijo realized that the girls were solely targeting him. Therefore, he considered parting ways with Kusuri and independently heading to the laboratory.

It was the ideal plan until Aijo was able to throw off the girls. However, Shizuka, Hakari, and Karane all managed to catch up to him and passionately kissed him. Nonetheless, the main character found a way to deal with the zombie girls and make a run for the Lab. Interestingly, Nano maintained her intelligence despite the effects of the medicine.

She concluded that Kusuri posed the biggest threat to her "Kissing" plans, so she waited outside the Lab for her. Kusuri then drank a potion that transformed her into her mature form, thinking Nano wouldn't recognize her. However, her speech gave her away, and the white-haired girl tied her up. Aijo, who had been hiding from Nano, followed his instincts and fled. But Nano caught up to him and kissed him deeply.

Aijo's fate would have been sealed if not for Kusuri, who intervened and compelled Nano to ingest the medication. Evidently, the reversible effects of the medicine had worn off for Kusuri, enabling her to break free from the ropes and retrieve the medicine from the Chemistry Lab.

In the end, the duo ultimately succeeded in restoring the girls to their normal state. Despite Kusuri feeling guilty and shedding tears, the protagonist reassured her that without her, the girls wouldn't have been saved. The episode concluded on a joyful note, with Kusuri kissing Aijo.
