Tallulah Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, confidently flaunted her bikini body in an Instagram post on July 19. The 29-year-old, who has previously shared about her battle with anorexia nervosa, proudly showcased herself in a stylish two-piece with her arms raised in the air. In the caption, she simply stated, "Posting on main bc I'm hot."
In the comments section of the actress' post, friends, family, and fans expressed their admiration. Sister, Scout LaRue Willis, showed her support by commenting, "Yes!" Actress Liv Tyler added a heart emoji, while director Zoey Grossman wrote, "You certainly are," accompanied by heart and fire emojis. Several fans also commented on how healthy and beautiful Willis looks.
Tallulah has previously spoken openly about her struggle with body dysmorphia. At the age of 15, she was diagnosed with ADHD. In a May article for Vogue, she shared, "I started taking stimulant medication, which had a transformative effect. Not only did I feel intelligent for the first time, but I also began to appreciate the appetite-suppressant side effect of the medication."
Tallulah shared, "My loved ones were filled with fear while I simply brushed it off ... Come spring of 2022, I had reached a weight of approximately 84 pounds."
Regarding her journey, Tallulah detailed that following her breakup with her fiancé in June 2022, her family decided to send her to a rehabilitation facility in Texas. "During my time there, I received a fresh diagnosis: borderline personality disorder, a condition that hinders emotional regulation and disrupts relationship stability. By the time I departed Texas in October, I experienced significant improvement."
Tallulah continues to chronicle her journey of healing on social media. In December 2022, she posted a video of herself joyfully dancing by a pool in a vibrant pink bikini. Captioning the reel, she expressed, "I was deeply saddened for a long period, but now I am rediscovering my true self... I'm grateful that I finally embraced happiness."
Nevertheless, being so candid about her struggles has not been without challenges. In May, Tallulah shared with her followers that she had received hate messages after disclosing her condition. She wrote, "I believe it is important to acknowledge that this happens, that even individuals who are on the path to recovery experience this, as someone who has been honest about their severe illness and continues to strive for comfort and self-acceptance. I have reached a point where I am largely unaffected by the negativity of strangers' words."
