Tallulah Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, revealed her natural face after having her filler dissolved for the first time in years. She shared two selfies on Instagram on Saturday, March 23, expressing her initial fear of mentioning it but ultimately feeling relieved after letting go of the emotional and psychological attachment she had to the fillers.
"I haven't seen my real bone structure in like 6 years," she mentioned. "Still trying to cut back on adjusting and poking and just be comfortable with myself, which can be tough when your mind tells you that more is better!"
Tallulah's recent post follows her public announcement of being diagnosed with autism. On March 15, she shared a video on Instagram from her childhood, showing her with her father, Bruce, who is 68 years old, on a red carpet. In the video, Tallulah is seen affectionately touching her father's head and playing with his ear.

"I recently shared that I'm autistic without explicitly saying it," she wrote alongside the post. Many of her followers were curious about when she discovered she was on the spectrum. "This is the first time I'm talking about it publicly. I found out this summer and it has made a big impact on my life," she responded.
Lately, Tallulah has been more transparent with her social media audience, discussing her battle with eating disorders back in February.
Sending love to all the babies in ED recovery. I've been feeling intense emotions lately, reminiscing about unhealthy times and how it felt to navigate the day in a body of a different size. I shared this on Instagram last month, along with some childhood photos, just to let others know they're not alone.
I look at this special little raggamuffin and feel a strong desire to give her abundance and vitality - LIFE! But at the same time, there's a lingering pull from an old desire deep down in my belly to compare myself to a 'better' version of me. It's okay to be in the messy middle and not have everything figured out yet.
Tallulah opened up about her battle with anorexia nervosa in a May 2023 essay for Vogue. She shared that by the spring of 2022, she weighed only 84 pounds. The low weight left her constantly feeling cold and reliant on mobile IV teams for medical assistance. She even avoided walking in her Los Angeles neighborhood out of fear of not finding a place to rest and catch her breath.
In addition to her personal struggles, Tallulah also touched upon her father's health issues. The Willis family made public the news of Bruce's aphasia in March 2022, which later led to a diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia. This diagnosis prompted Bruce to step back from his acting career. In her essay, Tallulah revealed that she was too unwell herself to cope with her father's declining health during that challenging period.
She wrote, "Recovery may be a lifelong journey, but now I have the necessary tools to fully engage in every aspect of my life, especially in my relationship with my dad. I can offer him a positive and vibrant energy, no matter what challenges I may have faced."
