Sydney Sweeney's Chic Monochromatic Ensembles Shine During 'Anyone but You' Promotion in NYC

Sydney Sweeney is showing that matching outfits can be anything but dull. The 26-year-old actress was spotted in New York City on Monday, December 11, rocking two distinct all-white ensembles in a row.

Sweeney was spotted heading to the Today show with co-star Glen Powell to promote their new movie, Anyone but You. She looked stylish and sophisticated in a white two-piece sweater and skirt set. The cropped sweater had a mock turtleneck and long puffy sleeves, while the floor-length skirt cinched at the waist before flowing out dramatically at the bottom. Completing the look, Sweeney accessorized with pointed white leather boots, chunky gold bangles, and oversized gold earrings. Her hair was styled in a neat bun with two face-framing pieces left in the front. The finishing touches included dewy pink blush, light pink lip gloss, and winged black eyeliner, giving her a camera-ready appearance.

Powell, 35, joined her on the Today show in a light brown suede jacket, white shirt and dark brown trousers.

Sydney Sweeney was spotted once again on Monday, this time donning an all-white sleek pantsuit. The ensemble included a cropped white blazer and matching wide-leg trousers, with a white mesh see-through corset top peeking out from underneath the blazer. She opted for a simple glam look and maintained the same hair and makeup from earlier in the day.

Sweeney's second appearance of the day featured Powell and Drew Barrymore. The trio happily embraced and conversed before heading indoors to film an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show.

At 48 years old, Barrymore also chose to wear a pantsuit. She wore a dark oatmeal colored suit and paired it with a white button-down shirt. The TV show host kept her long hair down in loose waves, parted in the middle, and complemented her look with black eyeliner, pink blush, and glossy lips.

Powell looked effortlessly chic in a navy blazer, worn over a cream knit sweater, navy trousers, and black chelsea boots.

When Sweeney and Powell appeared on the Today show, they shared a terrifying and comical moment that happened while filming Anyone but You. During a scene with a large spider crawling on Sweeney's arm, a surprising mishap took place.

Sweeney recalls being bitten by a spider in the middle of the scene, but nobody called ‘cut’ because they thought it was just a very dramatic and interesting choice in the scene. Glen was the only one who finally caught on.

“There’s a different tone to her voice when somebody’s actually being bitten by a spider,” Powell added, laughing.

Anyone but You is a rom-com that follows Bea (Sweeney) and Ben (Powell) as they fall in love during a destination wedding in Australia. It is set to be released on Friday, December 22.
