Sydney Sweeney and her fiancé Jonathan Davino have not yet set a wedding date. Despite attending the New York City premiere of her movie "Anyone But You" on Monday, December 11, the 26-year-old actress revealed that she is too busy with work to focus on planning her nuptials. "I am a workaholic and I love it," she told Entertainment Tonight.
Sweeney and Davino, both 37, raised dating speculation in 2018 as they were frequently spotted together at various events. In March 2022, the couple's engagement was officially announced. Sweeney expressed her excitement about collaborating with her fiancé at their production company, Fifty-Fifty Films, in an interview with ET.
"It's amazing to collaborate with people you genuinely want to do business with," she expressed. "Having someone who cheers you on and fully supports what you do is incredible."
While Davino wasn't a producer on Anyone But You, Sweeney cherished the filming experience with her co-star Glen Powell.
The connection between the two was so undeniable that rumors of a romance began to circulate when they were spotted being affectionate in Australia. In Anyone But You, Sweeney and Powell portray former partners who feign a romantic relationship while at the same destination wedding, but their real-life bond is purely platonic.

During an appearance on the Today show, 35-year-old Powell laughed off the suggestion of "a little romance" between him and Sweeney, stating, "No, no. But we do love each other." He went on to share his admiration for Sweeney, saying, "Honestly, this is one of the most spectacular humans I've ever met. She's really incredible."
Powell had previously discussed the rumored affair in his Men’s Health cover story the previous month. He and his girlfriend Gigi Paris had parted ways in April during the filming of his and Sweeney’s romantic comedy.
“When all that stuff happened, you know, publicly, it felt disorienting and unfair,” he said. “But what I’m realizing is that’s just a part of this gig now.”
He went on to say, "If you're having a conversation with a girl or someone, and you feel like you're really connecting and having a great interaction, and then they ask for a selfie, it's like, 'Oh ..."

In an August interview with Variety, Sweeney discussed the allegations, saying, "Sometimes it feels like I'm getting beaten up by it. It's difficult to just sit back and watch, and not be able to defend yourself."
Anyone But You hits theaters on Friday, December 22.
