During the Golden State Warriors' 124-120 win against the Brooklyn Nets, Steph Curry made history by becoming the first player in NBA history to make 3,500 three-pointers. He achieved this milestone just a year after taking ownership of the league's three-point record, and now has 3,505 career threes - 532 more than the next best, Ray Allen, on the all-time list.
The two-time MVP delivered an outstanding performance in the fourth quarter on Saturday, scoring 16 of his 37 points as the Warriors secured the victory and improved to 11-14 for the season.
"Steph was absolutely amazing in the final minutes," said Warriors head coach Steve Kerr. "It's unbelievable. We've seen him do this time and time again, but it's always incredible to witness what he is capable of."

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says Draymond Greens indefinite suspension makes sense
Curry hit his 3,500th three-pointer in the first quarter, giving the Warriors an early lead at the Chase Center. At halftime, they were up 70-54. In the third quarter, Klay Thompson moved to ninth on the all-time three-point list, surpassing Jason Terry's 2,282. However, the Nets, led by Cam Thomas with 41 points, made a comeback and took the lead in the fourth quarter with Mikal Bridges' three-pointer.
Curry, on the other hand, had different plans, sinking every shot and scoring 12 consecutive points in the fourth quarter.
"I just tried to be as aggressive as possible, to attack where the openings were," Curry explained to reporters regarding his approach in the final moments of the game. "I always stand by the shots I take every night and tonight they went in."
The Warriors played without Draymond Green who was suspended indefinitely due to an on-court altercation. Green was ejected for the third time this season after striking center Jusuf NurkiÄ in the face with his right arm during the game against the Phoenix Suns. He later apologized and claimed it was accidental.
"Curry mentioned that there has been a lot of talk and noise surrounding the team," he said. "We held a meeting the day before the game against LA [Clippers] on Friday, which was crucial for us to clarify our situation, address any issues, and allow everyone to express their feelings."
The win against Brooklyn stopped the Warriors' three-game losing streak and extended their winning streak to five home games. They will face the Portland Trail Blazers next on Sunday, while the Nets will take on the Utah Jazz on Monday.
