The summer Splatoon 3 Splatfest, which aimed to determine the best flavor among vanilla, strawberry, and mint chip ice cream, has concluded with the unveiling of the results. Throughout the weekend, teams put in great effort to prove their chosen flavor's superiority, resulting in one team emerging victorious, just like in previous Splatfests.

Shiver and her supporters had a promising start in the Splatoon 3 Splatfest, as Team Vanilla took an early lead. They amassed the most conch shells, maintaining their advantage over Team Strawberry and Team Mint Chip even by the midway point of the Splatfest. As the halftime arrived, Team Vanilla secured the first position with 34.29%, closely trailed by Mint Chip with 33.25%, and Strawberry in third place with 32.46%.

A couple of hours after the Splatoon 3 Splatfest wrapped up, the official winning team has been revealed to be Team Vanilla.

Team Vanilla emerged as the clear frontrunner in the Splatfest on day 1 and 2, leaving the other teams with the daunting task of surpassing their immense popularity. Despite the valiant efforts of Team Mint Chip, who secured a victory in the Pro Battles category, Team Vanilla proved unbeatable in every other aspect, dominating the competition with a staggering 45 points. Meanwhile, Team Strawberry struggled to score a single point, and Team Mint Chip settled for a modest 12 points.

Players who participated in the Splatfest should log in soon to claim their rewards. All participants in Splatoon 3's Splatfests receive Sea Snails once the results are announced. Sea Snails are a valuable currency, different from the game's standard coins, and they are typically only available during Splatfests. In order to make the most of their Sea Snails, players can exchange them with either Murch or Spyke, if they have the Side Order DLC that provides access to Inkopolis. These two non-playable characters offer a range of gear modification services that can be purchased using Sea Snails.

Now that the latest Splatfest has ended, players are eagerly awaiting news of Splatoon 3's next major event.
