After the release of chapter 3 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, fans of the franchise were introduced to the protagonist's new powerful attack, Rasengan: Uzuhiko. Despite its overwhelming strength, there remains one puzzling question for fans - how did Boruto become proficient in this technique? One theory speculates that Itachi may have played a role in his mastery.
Prior to the explanation of Rasengan: Uzuhiko's mechanics, numerous fans speculated on the possible workings of the jutsu. Some believed that it incorporated Hyuga jutsu, while others theorized that Boruto himself had transformed into the jutsu. However, with the chapter's release, everyone was taken aback by the surprising truth.

Who taught Rasengan: Uzuhiko to Boruto?
Displayed in the manga (Image via Shueisha), the Rasengan Uzuhiko jutsu utilizes either the planet's rotation or chakra to inflict a sensation of the Earth's rotation upon the intended target. However, one may question whether the Earth's rotation possesses sufficient strength to cause lethal harm. A brief investigation into the velocity at which the Earth rotates reveals a staggering speed of 1670 kilometers per hour. The impact produced by such velocity unquestionably possesses the capacity to result in fatality.
That being said, how did the protagonist acquire the knowledge to harness the Earth's chakra? Considering his lack of prior capability, it is reasonable to assume that he received instruction on using the Earth's chakra during the three-year hiatus. Therefore, the question arises as to who was responsible for teaching Boruto this skill.

Possible candidates who could have taught the protagonist to use the Earth's chakra include Kashin Koji, the toads at Mount Myouboku, the Otsutsuki God Shibai, and Itachi Uchiha. Sasuke Uchiha, being the protagonist's master, is a likely choice for inspiring the student to create Rasengan: Uzuhiko. However, the term "planet's chakra" appears to be connected to Sage Jutsu, which leads to the exclusion of Sasuke from the list of candidates.
In the anime, the image above displays Kashin Koji, who is one of the potential candidates. Along with the toads residing at Mount Myouboku, they are the most probable options since they possess knowledge of Sage Jutsu. This suggests that the protagonist may have encountered Kashin Koji or visited Mount Myouboku during the timeskip. During this period, it is likely that the protagonist acquired the ability to harness the power of nature or incorporate it into their jutsu. Considering the protagonist's utilization of toads for tracking Code, this theory appears highly plausible.
The final contenders, Shibai and Itachi Uchiha, emerge as the most unexpected choices. However, it is not entirely implausible that they could be regarded as the mentors who guide Boruto in harnessing the planet's energy.

Whenever the protagonist is Otsutsufied, he develops horns akin to Shibai's. This leads fans to believe that Boruto possesses Shibai's energy, which he may have used to learn Shinjutsu. Considering the nature of Rasengan: Uzuhiko, which resembles a planetary jutsu, Shibai is a probable candidate.
Another potential candidate who may have taught Boruto to harness the planet's chakra is Itachi Uchiha. Despite Itachi's demise, there are clues in the manga indicating that the protagonist has traveled back in time.

In light of the possibility of needing to evade Eida's Senrigan, Sasuke may have enlisted the help of Boruto to travel back in time and train with his elder sibling, Itachi Uchiha. Although Itachi was not familiar with Sage Jutsu, he possessed a technique known as the Sword of Totsuka. Whenever he impaled someone with this sword, they would be transported to the "world of drunken dreams" for eternity. Despite its dissimilarities from Rasengan: Uzuhiko, this technique bears some resemblance.
It is highly improbable that such a development would occur, but there is a slight possibility that Boruto might have acquired the ability to use Rasengan: Uzuhiko from Itachi Uchiha, resulting in eternal disorientation for the target.
