Shocking Revelations: Gabby Windey Slams Clayton Echard's Paternity Test Video for Its Controversial Tone!

Clayton Echard's former girlfriend, Gabby Windey, has shared her thoughts on his paternity scandal, and not all of her comments are positive.

During a conversation on "The Viall Files" podcast with guest Windey, 32, on Tuesday, October 10, Nick Viall revealed that Clayton recently made a dramatic announcement, similar to a revelation on the "Maury Povich" show, stating that he was not the father. Viall found Clayton's choice of delivery interesting but appreciated his enthusiasm nonetheless.

After watching the video, Windey, who was a contestant on Echard's season of The Bachelor, expressed some criticisms. "The tone doesn't seem appropriate considering the accusation of being a father of twins," she remarked. "My response would have been different. It should have reflected the gravity of the situation."

Court documents obtained by We last month revealed that Echard, a currently 30-year-old individual, faced allegations of being the biological father of twins belonging to a former romantic partner. Nonetheless, Echard vehemently refuted these claims when questioned by Us, and subsequently underwent a paternity test which unequivocally confirmed that he is not the father.

In an Instagram video posted on October 6, Echard jubilantly shared the positive outcome, exclaiming, "I received the delightful news today! The results of the test arrived earlier than expected and conclusively indicated a lack of fetal DNA. Hooray! I had an inkling this would be the outcome, and I am incredibly relieved that five months of agonizing uncertainty can finally be laid to rest."

When discussing the video on his podcast, Viall, aged 43, asserted that he possessed additional information from "sources closely acquainted with the matter."

"What I've been informed is that this narrative is mind-boggling, and the information that has been released only scratches the surface of what I've learned," he elaborated. While Windey attempted to coax Viall into divulging further details, he mentioned that he would provide a partial account of the story.

According to Viall, someone with close knowledge of the situation allegedly stated that there was no sexual intercourse involved. Instead, there was oral sex and, supposedly, Clayton did not believe it was possible for the person to become pregnant, although he is not a doctor. This same assertion is made by Echard in his court filing.

Natalie Joy, Viall's fiancée, joined the conversation, commenting, "Men are simply foolish." Gabby added, "So just because you're not a doctor, you're unaware of how babies are conceived?"

Viall claimed that there was no sexual intercourse between Echard and this woman. He further stated that Echard was hesitant to openly confirm that she is not pregnant because they engaged in oral sex instead.

"Who would handle the situation in such a manner?" Windey asked. "If I were Clayton, I would seek assistance from any available PR team or resource to determine the most effective approach to discussing the issue. Scientifically, it is highly unlikely that I could be the father, unless there are significant uncertainties. I believe it is something that can be confidently asserted."

Viall added that he has been privy to some astonishing and bizarre information surrounding Echard's situation, but chose not to divulge any further specifics due to discomfort.

After Echard's statement on Friday, the anonymous woman, aged 33, disputed his claims, accusing him of falsehoods regarding the test results.

"I have just received an update from the lab. This is an excerpt from the recent phone conversation. Contrary to Clayton's assertions, the test is not inconclusive. The reason for the ongoing 'testing' is due to an issue with my initial sample, which necessitates the collection of another sample from me. I will be providing the new sample on Wednesday without fail," she informed Us. "Considering that a testing kit needs to be sent from Maryland to Arizona, this delay arises, preventing me from completing the procedure on Monday."

The employee also asserted that at Ravgen, a biotech firm specializing in prenatal diagnostic testing, they are not stating that the test is inconclusive, but rather that it is still in progress. They clarified that they require another sample to complete the process.

Additionally, the employee asserted that they have specifically informed Clayton that even if the results were to come back as "inconclusive," it does not necessarily mean that she is not pregnant. She accused him of misleading his followers by making such statements.
