Salma Hayek and her stepdaughter Mathilde Pinault brought glamour to the 60th annual Venice Biennale.
They both wore stunning strapless sequin dresses at the gala dinner held at Fondazione Cini, Isola Di San Giorgio in Italy on Wednesday, April 17. The Venice Biennale is a yearly celebration of art, architecture, film, dance, music, and theater.
Hayek, 57, is married to Mathilde's father and the CEO of Kering, François-Henri Pinault. She chose a stunning bright blue gown with a plunging sweetheart neckline and a fringe hem. She completed the look with black platform heels. To add some glamour, Hayek wore shimmery teal eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, highlighter on her nose, and a soft pink lip. Her brunette hair was styled in loose curls.

Mathilde, who is 23 years old, looked stunning in a silver metallic outfit that had tassels all over. She completed her look with pearl-drop earrings and styled her hair in a messy yet chic updo.
Hayek and Mathilde took photos together, both alone and with François-Henri, who chose to wear a timeless black suit.
François-Henri is also the father of son François, 26, from his previous marriage to Dorothée Lepère. He shares another son, Augustin James, 17, with model Linda Evangelista. After welcoming their daughter Valentina in 2007, Hayek and François-Henri got married in February 2009.
Hayek expressed her admiration for her husband in a February 2021 episode of Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast. She shared that his true magic cannot be captured in pictures and credited him for helping her become a better person and grow in a positive and healthy way.
"When we got married, people were quick to say it was arranged and that I only did it for his money. I just shrugged it off and thought, 'Whatever, think what you want.' But here we are, fifteen years later, still going strong in love. Their opinions don't even bother me."
